Claims (10)
- 식(I):[식중, A는 탄소원자수 3 내지 5의 알킬렌기를 의미하고, X는또는를 의미하여, 그중 Ph는 페닐을 의미하고은 식;의 기를 의미하며, 그중 Y는 질소원자 또는 =CH-를 의미하고, R1은 히드록시, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알콕시기 또는 메르캅토를 의미하며, R2은 수소원자수 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알콕시기, 니트로 또는 시아노를 의미하고, R3은 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬기를 의미한다. 단, Y가 질소원자를 의미할 때 R2는 7-위치에 부착된다.]의 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 테트라메틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ia) :[식중, X는 제1항에서 정의된 바와같고,은 식 :의 기를 의미하며, 그중 R2a와 R3b는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기를 의미한다.]로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ib) :[식중, X는 제1항에서 정의된 바와같고, R1b는 히드록시, 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 메르캅토를 의미하며, R2b는 수소원자, 히드록시, 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 시아노를 의미한다.]로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제3항에 있어서, N-[4-(4-디펠리메틸렌-1-피페리딜)부틸]-4-히드록시-7-메틸-1,8-나프티리딘-3-카르복시아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제3항에 있어서, N-[4-(4-디페닐메틸-1-피페라지닐)부틸]-4-히드록시-7-메틸-1,8-나프티리딘-3-카르복시아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제4항에 있어서, N-[4-(4-디페닐메틸렌-1-피페라지닐)부틸]-4-히드록시-7-메틸-8-메톡시퀴놀린-3-카르복시아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제3항에 있어서, N-[4-(4-디페닐메틸-1-피페라지닐)부틸]-2-히드록시-6-이소프로필피리딘-3-카르복시아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 식(I);[식중, A, X는은 제1항에서 정의된 바와같다.]의 화합물, 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용가능한 염의 제조방법에 있어서, 식(II) :[식중,은 제1항에서 정의된 바와같다.]의 화합물, 또는 반응성 유도체를 식(III) :[식중, A와 X는 제1항에서 정의된 바와같다.]의 아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
