Claims (27)
- 하기 일반식의 전이금속 화합물상기식에서, M′전이금속이고 ; X′ 및 X″는 같거나 다른 하이드리드, 할로겐 또는 탄소원자 약 6개까지의 하이드로카빌이거나 할로하이드로카빌이고 ; A′ 및 A″는 같거나 다른 비대칭성 단핵 또는 다핵 하이드로 카빌이거나 실라하이드로카빌 잔기이고 ; 및 S′ 실라닐렌, 실라알킬렌, 옥사실라닐렌 및 옥사실라알킬렌으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 1 내지 4원자의 가교결합이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, M′가 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고 ; 및/또는 X′ 및/또는 X″가 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이거나 탄소원자 1 내지 6의 알킬 또는 할로알킬인 화합물.
- 제1항 또는제2항에 있어서, A′ 및 A″가 하기 일반식을 갖는 화합물.상기식에서, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이고, R′ 각각 탄소원자 1 내지 20개의 같거나 다른 하이드로카빌 또는 실라하이드로카빌이거나, 함께 결합하여, 2 이상의 R′가 탄소원자 1 내지 20개의 하이드로카빌렌 또는 실라하이드로카빌렌이다.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 실라닐렌 원자 S′ 같거나 다른 저급 하이드로카빌 또는 실라하이드로카빌로 이(di) 치환된 화합물.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라세믹 혼합물인 화합물.
- 비-키랄형태가 거의 없는 하기 일반식의 키랄 전이금속 화합물상기식에서, M′는 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고 ; X′ 및 X″는 같거나 다른 하이드리드, 염소, 브롬, 요오드 또는 탄소원자 1-6개의 알킬, 할로알킬, 아릴 또는 할로아릴이고 ; n 및 m은 1내지 4의 같거나 다른 정수이고 ; R′ 및 R″는 탄소원자 1 내지 20개 및 실리콘원자 0 내지 2개의 같거나 다른 하이드로카빌 또는 실라하이드로카빌이거나, 또는 함께 결합하여 2 이상의 R′ 또는 R″가 탄소원자 1 내지 20개 및 실리콘원자 0 내지 2개의 하이드로카빌렌 또는 실라하이드로카빌렌이고 ; 및 S′ 실라닐렌, 실라알킬렌, 옥사실라닐렌 및 옥사 실라알킬렌으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된, 탄소원자 0 내지 4개 및 실리콘원자 1 내지 2개의 쇄(이때 각 실리콘원자는 같거나 다른 저급 하이드로카빌 또는 실라하이드로카빌로 이(di) 치환된다)이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, M′가 티타늄이고 ; X′ 및 X″가 염소이고 ; R′ 및 R″가 부틸렌, 부타디에닐렌, 메틸, 이소부틸 또는 트리메틸실라닐이고 ; 및/또는 S′가 디알킬실라닐렌, 1-실라-1, 1-디알킬에틸렌, 테트라알킬디실라닐렌, 2-실라-2, 2-디알킬 프로필렌, 1, 3-디실라-1, 1, 3, 3-테트라알킬 프로필렌, 디알킬 실록시(디알킬)실라닐렌 또는 1, 4-디실라-1, 1, 4, 4-테트라알킬 부틸렌인 화합물.
- 라세믹[1, 1′- 디메틸실라닐렌-비스(3-메틸시클로펜타디에닐)]지르코늄 디클로라이드.
- 라세믹[1, 1′- 디메틸실라닐렌-비스(인데닐)]지르코늄 디클로라이드.
