Claims (8)

  1. 물 100g당 25℃에서의 용해도가 0.2-5g인 고체상태의 유기산 존재하에 에테르와 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 알칼리성 촉매 및 물의 존재하에 과립상의 전분을 무수 에테르화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에서, 유기산의 양이 반응혼합물의 0.3-10무게%임이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에서, 에테르화 반응중 반응혼합물의 수분 함량이 5-40무게%임이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항-3항중의 어느 하나에서, 유기산이 푸말산임을 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항-3항중의 어느 하나에서, 유기산이 아디프산임의 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항-5항중의 어느 하나에서, 카복시메틸 전분의 제조에 특징이 있는 방법.
