Claims (7)

  1. 다음과 같은 구조식을 표현되는 비스말레이미드로 구성되어 20℃에서 아세톤에 대한 용해성이 5wt%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 불용성인 비스말레이미드 조성물.
    (여기에서 R1과 R2는 수소, 메틸, 에틸 또는 할로겐화 메틸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며 R1과 R2는 서로 같거나 다를 수 있다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 말레이미드기와 전구물질의 말레아민산기의 몰비가 약 50 : 1이상이 되도록 소량의 아민산을 포함하는 전구물질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 다음과 같은 구조식으로 표현되는 비스말레이미드, 비스말레이미드와 폴리아민의 전구물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 용해성 조성물. 여기에서 말레아민산 전구물질을 실질적으로 폴리아민으로 중화된다.
    (여기에서 R1과 R2는 수소, 메틸, 에틸 또는 할로겐화 메틸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며 R1과 R2는 서로 같거나 다를 수 있다).
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비스말레이미드의 전구물질과 말레아민산의 적정에 의한 산도는 약 2-12%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리아민중 아민기 : 말레아민산중 산기의 비가 약 0.9 : 1.5임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 산도가 3-8%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항의 조성물을 적어도 40wt% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 아세톤용액.
