Claims (10)
- 다음 일반식으로부터 선택되는 구조를 가지는 트리아진-고리함유 멀티실란 ;상기식에서 Q는, X가 C1-C10알킬렌-(CH2)-1-10, 및 C6-C20아랄킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 이가기를 나타내고 ; R가 C1-C5의 저급 알킬을 나타내고, ; R′가 H, C1-C8알킬, 페닐, 또는 C7-C18아랄킬을 나타내고 ; 그리고 n은 0 또는 1의 값을 가지는또는 을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q가 3-아미노프로필-트리에톡시실란, H2N-(CH2)3-Si-(OC2H5)3; 아미노메틸-트리에톡시실란, H2N-(CH2)-Si-(OC2H5)3; 2-아미노에틸-아미노프로필-트리메톡시실란, H2N-(CH2)2-NH-(CH2)-Si-(OCH3)3; 및 2-아미노에틸-아미노프로필-메틸-디메톡시실란, 으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 알콕시실란의 잔기임을 특징으로 하는 멀티실란.
- 필수적이 (i) 아미노실란결합제, 및 (ii) 중합체 필름 형성제로, 이루어지는 유리섬유용 사이징조성물에 있어서, 개선이 필수적으로 다음 일반식으로부터 선택되는 구조를 가지는 트리아진-고리 함유 멀티실란으로 이루어지는 조성물 :상기식에서 Q는, X가 C1-C10알킬렌-(CH2)-1-10, 및 C6-C20아랄킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 이가기를 나타내고 ; R가 C1-C5의 저급 알킬을 나타내고, ; R′가 H, C1-C8알킬, 페닐, 또는 C7-C18아랄킬을 나타내고 ; 그리고 n은 0 또는 1의 값을 가지는또는을 나타낸다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고리상에 치환가능한 2,4 및 7위치를 가지는 트리아진고리-함유 화합물을, 3-아미노프로필-트리에톡시실란, H2N-(CH2)3-Si-(OC2H5)4; 아미노메틸-트리에톡시실란, 2-아미노에틸-아미노프로필-트리메톡시실란, H2N-(CH2)2-Si-(OC2H5)3; 2-아미노에틸-아미노프로필-트리메톡시실란, 으로 이루워지는 군으로부터 선택된 알콕시실란과 반응시켜서 멀티실란이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 사이징조성물.
- 수지가, 조성물중에서 유리섬유와 수지의 합쳐진 중량에 근거하여 약 50 내지 95중량% 범위의 양만큼 존재하고, 필수적으로 (i) 다음 일반식으로부터 선택되는 구조를 가지는 멀티실란 결합제, 및 (ii) 중합체 필름 형성체로 이루어지는 사이즈로 피복된 약 20미크론 이하의 직경을 가지는 유리섬유가 더 적은 중량비율 존재하는, 유리섬유로 강화, 열성형되기에 특히 적합하며 안정제를 함유하는 합성수지 물질의 열가소성 조성물 :상기식에서 Q는, X가 C1-C10알킬렌-(CH2)-1-10, 및 C6-C20아랄킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 이가기를 나타내고 ; R가 C1-C5의 저급 알킬을 나타내고, ; R′가 H, C1-C8알킬, 페닐, 또는 C7-C18아랄킬을 나타내고 ; 그리고 n은 0 또는 1의 값을 가지는또는 을 나타낸다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수지물이 각 반복단위의 염화비닐 부분이 약 57 내지 약 72중량%의 염소를 함유하는 염화비닐수지이고, 안정제가 염화비닐수지를 위한 것으로 열성형중에 조성물의 원하는 안정성을 제공하기에 충분한 양 존재하며, 멀티실란은 염화비닐수지와 반응하여 공유결합을 제공할수 있는 적어도 세개의 반응성 아민부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 염화비닐 동종중합체 및 유리섬유를 펠릿화하는 방법에 있어서, 개선이 (a) 각 반복단위의 염화비닐부가 약 57 내지 72중량%의 염화비닐을 가지는 동종중합체를 안정제와 함께 약 160℃ 이상의 온도로 그러나 수지가 분해되는 온도이하로 가열하고 ; (b) 약 20미크론 이하의 직경을 가지며, 필수적으로 (i) 다음 일반식으로부터 선택되는 구조를 가지는 멀티실란 결합체, 및 (ii) 중합체 피름 형성체로 이루어지는 사이즈로 피복된, 유리와 동종중합체의 중량에 근거하여 약 5 내지 50중량%의 유리섬유와 함께 뜨거운 동종중합체를 혼련하여 균일한 덩어리를 형성하고 ; (c) 덩어리를 분쇄하여 동일한 직경의 약 3mm 내지 약 8mm 범위크기의 펠릿을 형성하는 것으로 이루어지는 펠릿방법 :상기식에서 Q는, X가 C1-C10알킬렌-(CH2)-1-10, 및 C6-C20아랄킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 이가기를 나타내고 ; R가 C1-C5의 저급 알킬을 나타내고, ; R′가 H, C1-C8알킬, 페닐, 또는 C7-C18아랄킬을 나타내고 ; 그리고 n은 0 또는 1의 값을 가지는또는 을 나타낸다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드)가 약 0.53 내지 약 1.1 범위의 고유점도를 가지고, 멀티실란이 100 중량부의 원래 섬유에 근거여 0.2 내지 0.6중량% 양만큼 존재하며 ; 필름 형성제는 0.2 내지 0.6중량% 양만큼 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 합성물중에 합쳐진 유리섬유와 수지의 중량에 근거해서 수지가 약 50 내지 약 95중량% 범위의 양만큼 존재하고, 필수적으로 (i) 다음 일반식으로부터 선택되는 구조를 가지는 멀티실란 결합제, 및 (ii) 중합체 필름 형성체로 이루어지는 사이즈로 피복된, 약 20미크론 이하의 직경을 가지는 유리섬유가 약 5 내지 50중량% 범위의 양만큼 존재하는, 유리섬유로 강화되고 안정제를 함유하는 합성수지 물질의 합성물로부터 형성된 형태지워진 물품.상기식에서 Q는, X가 C1-C10알킬렌-(CH2)-1-10, 및 C6-C20아랄킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 이가기를 나타내고 ; R가 C1-C5의 저급 알킬을 나타내고, ; R′가 H, C1-C8알킬, 페닐, 또는 C7-C18아랄킬을 나타내고 ; 그리고 n은 0 또는 1의 값을 가지는또는 을 나타낸다.
