Claims (31)

  1. (a) 폴리올레핀 ; (b) 폴리아미드 및 폴리비닐 알코올 성분의 용융블랜드 ; 및 (c) 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀의 조합물(여기에서, 블랜드(b)는 다수의 얇은, 본질적으로 이차원, 평행, 및 중복 층으로서 폴리올레핀(a)내에 존재함)을 포함하는 적층 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀(a)는 약 60 내지 약 97중량%로 존재하고, 폴리아미드와 폴리비닐 알코올 성분의 블랜드 (b)는 약 2 내지 약 39중량%로 존재하고, 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀(c)는 약 0.25 내지 약 12중량%로 존재하는 물품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알칼라르복실-치환 폴리올레핀이 블랜드(b)와 폴리올레핀(a)의 총 사이에 최소한 일부분 존재하는 물품.

  20. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 폴리올레핀이 약 80 내지 약 96 중량%로 존재하고 폴레에틸렌이며 ; (b) 용융 불랜드가 약 2 내지 약 15 중량%로 존재하고 아디프산, 헥사메틸렌 디아민, 및 카프로락탐의 공중합체 약 20 내지 약 35 중량% 및 최소한 99%가 가수분해된 폴리비닐 알코올 약 80 내지 약 65 중량%를 포함하고 ; (c) 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀이 약 2 내지 5 중량%로 존재하고 폴리에틸렌 중측상에 약 0.25 내지 약 2.0 중량%의 무수 말레산 부분의 그라프트 공중합체인 물품.
  21. (a) 폴리아미드 및 폴리비닐 알코올 성분의 용융 블랜드를 제조하는 단계 ; (b) 충분한 온도에서 용융 불랜드를 폴리올레핀 및 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀과 조합하여 모든 성분들을 용융시켜서, 용융된 불균질(heterogeneous)혼합물을 형성시키는 단계 ; (c)(i) 혼합물 본체를 신장시키고 (ii) 신장된 본체를 최저 용융 중합체 성분의 융점 이하까지 냉각시킴으로써 용융된 불균질 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 중합체 물질의 적층 물품을 제조하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 및 폴리비닐 알코올 성분의 용융 블랜드를 펠릿화하고 폴리올레핀 및 알칼카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀의 입자들과 조합한 다음, 가열하여 용융된 불균질 혼합물을 형성시키는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 불랜드의 펠릿과 폴리올레핀의 입자가 약 1 내지 약 5mm의 크기를 갖는 방법.
