Claims (10)
- 강제 체결 방식으로 팽창된 관 부분에 부착된 기어휘일에 있어서, 원통형 허브 부분(3,11,13,23,25)를 가지고 있는 적어도 하나의 금속판 원판 부재(2,9,10,21,22), 상기 허브 부분 상에 끼워 맞춤되고 항복 강도가 관 부분(1)의 항복 강도보다 더 높은 지지 링(4,12,14), 및 원판 부재(2,9,10,21,22)에 부착된 적어도 하나의 기어 링(6,16,28,30)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속판 기어휘일 부재(8,20)이 각각 원통형 허브 부분(11,13, ; 23,25)를 가지고 있는 여러개의 원판 부재들(9,10:21,22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 여러개의 기어 링들(28,30)이 여러개의 원판 부재(21,22)로 특수하게 구성된 기어휘일 부재(20)에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기어링(6,16,28,30) 및 원판 부재(2,9,10,21,22)의 원통형 외측부분(5,15,27,32)에 끼워맞춤되어 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기어링(6,16,28,30) 및 원판 부재(2,9,10,21,22)가 원판 부재내로 삽입된 팽창 링(7,17,29,33)에 의해 서로에 대해 인장력을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 휘일.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원판 부재(2,8,21,22)의 종단면이 Z-형인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원판 부재(2,8,9,10,21,22)의 종단면이 C-형인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z-형 및/또는 C-형 종단면을 갖는 여러개의 원판 부재를(9,10; 21,22)로 특수하게 구성된 기어휘일 부재(8 ; 20)의 종단면이 관 부재(1)에 대해 폐쇄된 형상을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원판 부재(2,8,9,21,22)이 보강 구조물들을 갖추고 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어휘일.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개개의 또는 연속적인, 특수하게 반복해서 접혀지거나 또는 모따기된 보강 리브(18)들이 원판 부재(1,8,9,21,22)의 접시형 구역들 내로 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 휘일.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
