Claims (12)
- (a) 수분 존재하에 서로 화학적으로 반응하여 일차 중합체 보다 더 긴 평균 사슬 길이를 갖는 유도 중합체를 형성할 수 있는 말단기를 갖는 일차 중합체인 제1성분; 및 (b) 본질적으로 수분 존재하에 그 자체와 또는 상기 제1성분과 화학적으로 반응하지 않는 비가교 결합된 탄성 중합체인 제2성분이 균질하게 혼합되고, 수분 및 기타 활성 수소 공여물질 부재하에 유지될때 쉽게압출될 수 있고, 그렇지 않으면 통상적으로 성형 가능한 열가소성 조성물 이지만, 수분에 노출시에 근본적으로 열경화성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2성분이 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 블록 중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 중합체, 이소프렌 단일 중합체 또는 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리이소부틸렌, 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 5분동안 10%내지 100%의 상대 습도에 노출시 근본적으로 열경화성 탄성 중합체 물질이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0℃내지 100℃에서 물에 잠기게 할때 근본적으로 열경화성탄성 중합체 물질이 되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 폴리에스테르 골격 및 이소시아네이트 또는 트리알콕시실릴 말단기를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비압출성 물질의 양이 상기 조성물내에서 경화되지는 않았으나 경화성인 예비 중합체의 원래 양을 초과하고 근본적으로 열경화성인 물질의 양은 수분에 조성물을 노출시키기 전에 제1 및 제2성분이 모두 용해된 용매내에 1시간 동안 이 물질을 환류시켜서 추출시킴에 의해 결정됨으로써 근본적으로 열경화성이 되게 하기 위하여 상기 조성물이 수분에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 400KPa의 인장강도 80KPa 이하에서 그 두께의 30%의압출력 및 -20℃ 또는 23℃에서 0.5% 이하의 압축 영구 변형을 갖는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 드럼 덮개용 시일팅 가스킷트의 형태인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 근본적으로 비발포된 시이트 또는 테이프 형태인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포된 시이트 또는 테이프의 형태인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 튜빙 형태인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그 안에 함유된 1개 이상의 전선을 포함하는 전기 접속기에 관한 시일런트(sealant)-포봉제의 형태인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
