제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공정을 나타낸 플로우시트이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 환원성인 CO를 함유하는 가스기류내에서 O2및/또는 SO2와 결합되어 있는 COS 및/또는 CS2를 HCN과 함께 촉매하에서 가수분해하여 전환시키고, 그로인해 생성된 H2S를 제거하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법에 있어서, a) 제1단계에서는 O2및/또는 SO2를 연속적으로 수소화시키는 촉매의 존재하에서 물을 이용하여 가스중의 CO부분을 전환시키고, b) 제2단계에서는 가스기류중의 COS, CS2, HCN를 촉매하에서 물로 가수분해시키고, c) 제3단계에서는 실질적으로 가스기류내의 모든 황성분을 제거하되, 제1단계(a)에서 촉매하에서 CO의 전환에 따라 생성된 열은 실질적으로 가스기류내의 온도를 수소화시키고 제2단계(b)에서 필요료 하는 온도까지 상승시켜 주는데 충분하게 사용되도록 하는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, CO의 전환과 수소화는 동일한 촉매하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계(a)는 그 유입부에서 가스기류의 온도가 적어도 200℃인 조건임을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계(b)는 그 유입부에서 가스기류의 온도가 적어도 275℃인 조건임을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가스기류의 온도는 275내지 400℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계(a)로 공급되어진 가스기류는 제2단계(b)의 가스기류를 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제3단계에서의 황성분의 제거는 선택적산화 또는 흡수에 의한 황화합물의 제거로서, 실질적으로 황원소를 제거하는 것과 같은 효과를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계(a)에서의 CO의 전환은 Co-Mo함유촉매의 존재하에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해는 TiO2함유촉매에 의해서 영향을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1단계(a)의 CO전환은 전환율이 처리되는 가스기류의 물함량이 변화에 따라 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 처리되는 가스기류의 수분함량은 수증기의 첨가 또는 물의 응축등에 의한 예비결정단계에서 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서는 가스기류에 수증기를 과량첨가시켜서 H2O/(COS+CS2)물비율이 5내지 20의 범위에 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 제3단계에서 황성분이 방출된 가스기류는 물과 완전한 CO전환을 일으킨 후, 촉매하에서 또는 촉매없이 연소되거나 또는 예비처리된 후 화학반응에 대해서 공급가스로 사용되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 황화합물의 전환 및 제거방법.
