Abstract
【解決手段】 ガス化炉10で生成するCO、CO2、COS、H2Sを含有するガス化ガスをスクラバ20で除塵した後、ガスの一部分について、COシフト反応器30でCOをCO2に転換するCOシフト反応を行うとともに、ガス化ガスの他の一部分を、バイパス路34によりCOシフト反応を経ずに、COシフト反応後のガスと混合して、混合ガスの温度を180〜300℃にするとともに、COS転換器40で混合ガス中のCOSをH2Sに転換し、H2S吸収装置50で、H2Sを吸収、除去した後、CO2吸収装置で、CO2を吸収、除去する。

Claims (4)
- CO、CO2、COS、H2Sを含有するガス化ガスからCO2を回収する方法であって、
前記ガス化ガスの一部分について、ガス化ガス中のCOをCO2に転換するCOシフト反応工程と、
前記ガス化ガスの他の一部分を、前記COシフト反応工程を経ずに、前記COシフト反応後のガス化ガスと混合することによって、この混合ガスの温度を150〜350℃にし、この混合ガス中のCOSをH2Sに転換するCOS転換工程と、
前記COS転換後の混合ガスからH2Sを吸収、除去するH2S吸収工程と、
前記H2S吸収工程によりH2Sを除去した混合ガスからCO2を吸収、除去するCO2吸収工程と
を含むCO2回収方法。 - CO、CO2、COS、H2Sを含有するガス化ガスからCO2を回収する方法であって、
前記ガス化ガスの一部分について、ガス化ガス中のCOをCO2に転換するCOシフト反応工程と、
前記ガス化ガスの他の一部分を、前記COシフト反応工程を経ずに、前記COシフト反応後のガス化ガスと熱交換することによって、前記ガス化ガスの他の一部分のガス温度を150〜350℃にし、このガス化ガスの他の一部分中のCOSをH2Sに転換するCOS転換工程と、
前記COS転換後のガス化ガスと、前記COシフト反応後のガス化ガスとを混合して、この混合ガスからH2Sを吸収、除去するH2S吸収工程と、
前記H2S吸収工程によりH2Sを除去した混合ガスからCO2を吸収、除去するCO2吸収工程と
を含むCO2回収方法。 - CO、CO2、COS、H2Sを含有するガス化ガスからCO2を回収するシステムであって、
前記ガス化ガスの一部分について、ガス化ガス中のCOをCO2に転換するCOシフト反応器と、
前記ガス化ガスの他の一部分を、前記COシフト反応器に導入せずに迂回するバイパス路と、
前記COシフト反応器を経たガス化ガスと、前記バイパス路を通過したガスとの混合ガス中のCOSをH2Sに転換するCOS転換器と、
前記COS転換器を経た混合ガスからH2Sを吸収、除去するH2S吸収装置と、
前記H2S吸収装置によりH2Sを除去した混合ガスからCO2を吸収、除去するCO2吸収装置と
を含むCO2回収システム。 - CO、CO2、COS、H2Sを含有するガス化ガスからCO2を回収するシステムであって、
前記ガス化ガスの一部分について、ガス化ガス中のCOをCO2に転換するCOシフト反応器と、
前記ガス化ガスの他の一部分を、前記COシフト反応器に導入せずに迂回するバイパス路と、
前記バイパス路を通過したガス中のCOSをH2Sに転換するCOS転換器と、
前記COシフト反応器を経たガス化ガスと、前記COS転換器を得たガスとの混合ガスからH2Sを吸収、除去するH2S吸収装置と、
前記H2S吸収装置によりH2Sを除去した混合ガスからCO2を吸収、除去するCO2吸収装置と
を含むCO2回収システム。
