Claims (2)

  1. 수지기체표면에 금속박에 의해서 회로패턴이 형성되고 이 회로패턴에 수지기체중을 관통하여 외부도통핀등의 인사트금속이 선단부에서 맞닿아 있는 회로기판이고 상기 회로패턴의 인사트 금속선단에 맞닿는 부위의 주변부가 수지기체중에 매몰되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판.
  2. 캐리어 피리름상에 금속박이 점착된 전사 쉬트의 이 금속박을 소정의 회로패턴으로 형성시키는 공정과, 성형금형의 공통내의 소정위치에 상기 회로패턴이 형성된 전사쉬트 및 외부도통핀등의 인사트 금속을 인사트 금속선단이 회로패턴의 대응부분에 대향하여 위치되게 맞붙이는 공정과, 성형금형을 맞붙임으로써 전사쉬트를 공동내벽과 인사트 금속선단의 사이에 기워눌려 인사트 금속선단에 맞닿는 회로패턴 부분을 캐리어 필름내로 찔러올려 찔러올려진 부분주변의 회로 패턴 부분을 캐리어 필름으로부터 박리시키는 공정과, 공동내에 용융수지를 주입시키고 회로패턴 부분과 캐리어 필름의 박리에 의해서 생긴 공극내에도 용융수지를 유입시켜 인사트 금속선단과 맞닿는 부위의 주변부의 회로패턴 부분을 수지중에 매몰시키는 공정과 냉각고화후에 성형 금형내에서 꺼낸 성형품으로부터 캐리어 필름을 박리시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판의 제조방법.
