Claims (10)
- 외측 박판금속 재킷, 내화라이닝 및 로상 또는 로저면에 배치된 교반장치를 구비하고, 상기 로상 또는 로저면은 내화벽돌로된 영구라이닝 및 내화 래밍물질로된 마모라이닝으로 구성되고 상기 교반장치는 상기 영구라이닝내에 배치되어 있는 용융금속내로 교반가스를 도임하기 위한 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 처리용 야금용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팬향판은 교반장치위의 마모라이닝내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교반장치는 소형 가스관으로 구성되고 저면판내의 개구를 통해 상기 소형가스관이 계속 연장되는 개구가 형성된 저면벽돌인 영구라이닝내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소형가스관의 내경(d)의 1 내지 8mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제2항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 팬향판의 직경(D)과 소형관의 내경(d)사이의 비는 40:1 내지 100:1범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제2항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 저면벽돌로부터 팬향판까지의 간극(A)은 소형가스관의 내경(d)의 2배 내지 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반장치는 관련된 내화 고정블록을 구비한 내화 세라믹 가스교반 플러그 형상을 갖고 영구라이닝내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제2 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가스교반 플러그로부터 팬향판까지의 간극(A)은 5 내지 50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세개의 교반장치는 전극피치써클상의 로상에서 돌출된 전극사이의 중간에 각기 배치되고 다른 하나의 교반장치는 로상의 중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크로용 야금용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세개의 교반장치는 전극피치써클상의 로상에서 돌출된 전극사이의 중간에 각기 배치되고 다른 하나의 교반장치는 전극피치써클밖의 저면탭 지역에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 편심저먼탭을 구비한 아크로용 야금용기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
