Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una cubierta de caldera (1, 2, 3), enfriada por agua, para calderas de colada (12), con tubos de enfriamiento (8) dispuestos en soldadura tubo en-tubo y/o tubo-espacio-tubo, con una abertura (10) dispuesta en la parte superior de la cubierta (3) para la introduccion de electrodos (9) y con aberturas (4, 5) para el aspirado de los gases de combustion. La parte inferior y exterior de la cubierta (1) y la parte inferior e interior de la cubierta (2), en posicion de trabajo, estan posicionadas directamente sobre el borde superior (23) de la caldera (12) y fijas a un dispositivo elevador de tapa (19). El cilindro tubular interior (8,2) de la cubierta interior (2) es mas largo que el cilindro tubular exterior (8.1) de la cubierta exterior (1). Los gases de combustion calientes son aspirados controladamente a traves de aberturas de aspirado (4) hacia un primer tubo de conduccion de gases (6), los gases de combustion menos calientes son aspirados a traves de aberturas de aspirado (5) hacia un segundo tubo de conduccion de gases (7) y de ahi son llevados a dos equipos de eliminacion de polvo (20, 21).
