Claims (7)

  1. 중합 촉매로서 헤테로폴리산 또는 그의 산염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주요 단량체로서 포름알데히드 또는 환상 올리고머를 중합하거나 그와 같은 주요단량체를 그와 공중합 가능한 공단량체로 공중합하는 것으로 되어 있는 아세탈중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로폴리산인 다음 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
    Hx[Mn·M'nOl]yH2O (1)
    (식중, M; P,B,Si, Ge,Sn,As,Sb,U,Mn,Re,Cu,Ni,Ti,Co,Fe,Ce,Th 및 Cr로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 구성원으로 구성된 중심요소, M' ; W,Mo,V 및 Nb로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 배위자 요소 m:1내지 10, n:6 내지 40, 1:10 내지 100, x:1 또는 그이상의 정수, 및 y:0 내지 50.)
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로폴리산이 배위자 요소로서 W또는 Mo 을 함유하는 것이거나 그의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 주압체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 헤테로 폴리산이 규몰리브덴산, 규텅그스텐산, 인몰리브덴산 및 인텅그스텐산으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 구성원으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로폴리산이 상기 단량체 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5000ppm(중량으로)의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 주요 단량체가 트리옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 주요단량체가 트리옥산이고 상기 공단량체가 환상 에테르 또는 환상 포르말인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
