Claims (10)

  1. 반응성 말단기를 가지는 식(A)의 실리콘 오일 단위 0.001내지 50중량%와 폴리아세탈 세그먼트 50내지 99.999중량%가 공유결합을 통해 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체 :
    (상기식에서 R1은 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 표시하고, R2는 2가의 유기성 기 : X는 -NH2, -OH,-R4OH, -R5COOH, -R5COOH, -R6COOR7, -R6및 -OR9중에서 선택된 기를 표시하며, 여기서 R3은 2가의 유기성 기, R4내지 R6는 탄소원자수 1내지 10의 알킬렌기, R7내지 R9는 탄소원자소 1내지 10의 알킬렌기이고,n는 5 내지 1000범위의 수를 표시한다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 세그먼트가 주골력으로 폴리옥시메틸렌을 가지는 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 세그먼트가 주로 포름알데히드 또는 트리옥산중의 어느 하나를 중합시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 세그먼트가 주성분으로서 포름 알데히드 또는 트리옥산중의 어느 하나와, 환상에테르 또는 환상 포르말중에서 선택된 공중합용 단량체 1 또는 2 이상으로 구성된 코폴리 옥시메틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 환상 에테르 또는 환상 포르말이 산화에틸렌, 산화프로필렌, 옥세탄, 디옥소란, 디옥세판, 트리옥세판 및 부탄디올 포르말중에서 선택된 1 또는 2이상의 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느하나에 있어서, 식(A)의 R1이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체.
  7. 포름알데히드, 포름알데히드 및 그것과 공중합가능한 공중합용 단량체의 혼합물, 트리옥산, 또는 트리옥산 및 그것과 공중합 가능한 공중합용 단량체의 혼합물중의 어느하나와 하기 일반식(A)으로 표시되는 말단부 반응성 실리콘 오일이 촉매 존재하에 가열에 의해 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법 :
    (상기식에서 R1은 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 표시하고, R2는 2가의 유기성 기 :X는 -NH2, -OH,-R4OH, -R5COOH, -R6COOR7, -R8및 -OR9중에서 선택된 기를 표시하며, 여기서 R3은 2가의 유기성 기, R4내지 R6는 탄소원자수 1내지 10의 알킬렌기, R7내지 R9는 탄소원자수 1내지 10의 알킬기이고, n은 5내지 1000범위의 수를 표시한다)
  8. 제7항에 이어서, 주성분으로서 포름알데히드 또는 트리옥산중의 어느하나와, 환상에테르 또는 환상 포르말중에서 선택된 공중합용 단량체 1또는 2이상의 요소 그리고 일반식(A)으로 표시되는 말단부 반응성 실리콘오일이 촉매존재하에 가열에 의해 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 환상 에테르 또는 환상 포르말이 산화에틸렌, 산화프로필렌, 엑세탄, 디옥소란, 디옥세판, 트리옥세판, 및 부탄디옥 포르말중에서 선택된 1또는2이상의 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 식(A)의 R1이 메틸기를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
