Claims (5)
- 디 이소프로필벤젠류를 분자상 산소로 산화하여 적어도 디 이소프로필 벤젠 디 하이드로 퍼 옥사이드(DHP)와 디 이소프로필 벤젠 모노카비놀 모노하이드로 퍼 옥사이드(HHP)가 함유된 산화 반응혼합물(A)를 생성하고, 교반형성반응장치에 상기의 산화반응혼합물(A)를 방향족 탄화수소를 용매로하는 유상으로서 공급함과 동시에, 수상으로서, 상기 산화반응혼합물(A)중의 HHP1몰에 대하여 과산화수소를 1∼5몰의 양으로 또한 산촉매를 수상 중 농도가 10∼40중량%로 하는 양으로 공급하고, 이때, 반응장치내에 공급되는 수상의 과산화수소농도는 20중량% 이상으로 하고, 또한 반응장치내의 유상/수상의 중량비는 10 이상이 되도록 하고, 반응온도를 30∼60℃에 유지시켜 HHP를 과산화수소에 의해 산화하여 DHP를 생성하고, 얻어진 과산화반응 혼합물(B)를 유상과 수상으로 분리하여, 분리된 유상중에 함유되는 DHP를 분해하여, 2가 페놀류를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가 페놀류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교반형 반응장치는 주속 1m/초 이상의 기계교반 장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가 페놀류의 제조방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 교반형 반응 장치는 고속도 회전 전단형 교반장치를 갖는 반응장치로하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가 페놀류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 교반형 반응장치는 반응관내를 흐르는 반응액을 난류상태로 흐르도록 된 튜브형 반응장치로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가 페놀류의 제조방법.
- 1∼4항의 어느 항에서, 상기 교반형 반응장치를 2단이상 접속하여 사용하는 것이 특징으로 하는 2가 페노류의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
