Claims (17)
- 이산화납 전착층을 포함하며, 상기 층은 β-이산화납 분말이 내부에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산된 입자는 β-이산화납 분말과 전해 공촉매 입자의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전해 공촉매는 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌, 우뭇가사리, 젤라틴, 퍼플루오로 이온 교환 수지, 불화카본, 카본과 티타늄, 지르코늄 니오븀 및 탄탈륨의 하나 이상의 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 적어도 하나를 선택한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산된 입자는 이산화납 전착층의 총 체적에 대해 5 내지 70%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 전기도금용 기판과 이 기판상의 이산화납 전착층으로 구성되며 상기 층은 내부에 분산된 β-이산화납 분말을 함유하는 입자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분산된 입자는 β-이산화납 분말과 전해 공촉매 입자의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전해 공촉매는 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌, 우뭇가사리, 젤라틴, 퍼플루오로 이온 교환 수지, 불화 카본, 카본, 그리고 티타늄 지르코늄, 니오븀 및 탄탈튬의 하나이상의 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분산된 입자는 이산화납 전착층의 총 체적에 5 내지 70%를 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전착용 기판은 이온 교환막인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이산화납 부착층은 이온 교환막의 표면상의 이산화납 전착층측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전착용 기판은 전기 컬랙터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전착용 기판은 전착층 성장을 위한 핵인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 촉매.
- 내부에 β-이산화납 분말을 포함하는 입자가 현탁된 납질화물 수용액내에서 전착용 기판을 전해하여 기판상 β-이산화납 분말을 포함하는 입자들이 내부에 분산된 이산화납 전착층을 형성하고 그후 기판으로부터 이산화납 전착층을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화납 전극 촉매 제조방법.
- 내부에 β-이산화납 분말을 포함하는 입자가 현탁된 납질화물 수용액에서 전착용 기판을 전해하여 상기 기판상에 내부에 β-이산화납 분말을 포함하는 입자가 분산된 이산화납 전착층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화납 전극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전착용 기판은 이온 교환막인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전착용 기판은 전기 컬렉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
