Claims (5)
- 공정(共晶)응고 동안 실리콘에 의해 도달되는 입자크기를 줄이기 위하여 조절제를 함유하는 알루미늄-실리콘 합금 매트릭스 및, 매트릭스내에 포함되는 Al2O3섬유와 함께 결합된 예비성형물로 이루어지는 조성물 주조체를 성형하기 위한 제조방법에 있어서, 보강 섬유 예비성형물에 가압하에서 합금 용해물이 침투되어, 형성된 조성물체는 냉각에 의해 응고되어지며, 섬유들이 콜로이드 상태의 알루미나에 의해 서로 결합되는 예비 성형물을 이용하여서 개선이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 주조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조절제가 나트륨 또는 스트론튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 주조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금은 약 5-15wt%의 실리콘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 주조체의 제조방법.
- 결합제로서 콜로이드 상태의 알루미나에 의해 서로 결합되는 랜덤하게 배향된 알루미나 섬유로 된 다공성 덩어리로 이루어져서 금속 매트릭스 조성물에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강물질로 된 예비성형물체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 섬유의 밀도의 약 5-50%의 체적밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비성형물체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
