Claims (8)

  1. 변형량의 스트론튬을 함유하는 알루미늄 실리콘 합금 매트릭스 및, 매트릭스내에 함유된 서로 결합된 보강 섬유들로 된 예비성형물로 이루어진 조성물 주조체의 제조방법에 있어서, 보강 섬유로 된 예비 성형물은 가압하에서 합금 용해물에 의해 침투되며, 성형된 조성물은 냉각에 의해 응고되며, 합금 용해물에 의해 침투되기 전에 섬유가 스트론튬으로 코팅된 예비 성형물을 이용하여 개선이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 보강된 예비성형물을 가진 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예비성형물의 보강섬유들은 SiO2에 의해 서로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유는 알루미나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 예비성형물상에서 코팅되는 스트론튬은 SrO로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄-실리콘 합금은 약 5-15wt%의 실리콘을 함유하는것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 예비성형물은 가열하에서 SrO를 형성하는 SrO전구체로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, SrO의 전구체는 스트론튬 나이트레이트, 아세테이트 또는 카보네이트로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 합금 용해물에 의해 SrO의 환원후에 예비성형물상에 스트론튬 원소로 된 적어도 하나의 단일층을 얻기 위하여 충분한 양의 SrO전구체를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 매트릭스 조성물의 제조방법.
