수지(Resin)의 함침방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 특정한 요철 형상을 갖는 압착로울을 사용하는 수지함침방법을 나타내는 개략도이다.
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 요철압착로울에 의한 함침 과정을 설명하는 개략도이다.
제8도는 종래의 로울압착 함침방법을 설명하기 위한 참고도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 수지층 위에 시이트상물을 적층시킨 다음 시이트상물속에 수지를 함침시키는 로울함침 방법에 있어서, 특정한 요철무늬형상을 갖는 압착로울을 이용하여 수지를 시이트상물속에 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 특정의 요철무늬형상은 직선, 곡선 또는 이 양자에 의해 둘러싸인 볼록부분을 갖는 요철무늬형상임을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 볼록부분의 면적이 압착로울 표면면적이 20-90%에 해당하는요철압착로울을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 또는 하나 이상의 요철압착로울이 요철압착로울만 사용하거나 혹은 종래의 압착로울과 병용하여 함침을 행함을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트상물은 일방향으로 배열된 토우들로 이루어진 시이트임을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  6. 제1항 및 제5항에 있어서, 시이트상물이 직물임을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트상물이 탄소섬유로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수지가 함침될 때 탄소섬유로 이루어진 시이트상물에 통전 발열 시킴으로서 수지의 유동화와 시이트상물의 온도 상승을 촉진시킴을 특징으로 하는 수지의 함침방법.
  9. 시이트상물을 수지층 위에 적층시킨 다음, 특정한 요철무늬형상을 갖는 압착로울을 이용하여 수지를 시이트상물속에 함침하여서 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
  10. 시이트상물을 수지층위에 적층시킨 다음, 특정한 요철무늬형상을 갖는 압착로울을 이용하여 수지를 시이트상물속에 함침시켜서 얻어진 프리르레그를 둘 이상 적층시킴을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트(Laminate).
