Claims (22)

  1. 연속 탄소 섬유의 직편물이 열가소성 수지의 매트릭스 수지중에 함침되어 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1층 및 내열성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유 구조 물질이 열가소성 수지의 열가소성 수지중에 함침되어 이루어진 적어도 하나의 제2층을 함유하며, 상기 제1층(들)과 제2층(들)이 통합적으로 적층되어 있고, 제2층은 시이트의 단면중에 있는 매트릭스 수지에 실질적으로 균일하게 분포되어 있는 내열성 섬유를 갖고 또한 이 내열성 섬유의 섬유지름을 초과하는 공극지름을 실질적으로 가지지 않으며, 제2의 층에서 사용된 상기 섬유구조물질은 직각에 교차하는 임의의 방향에서 1.0㎏/㎟ 이상의 섬유 얽힘강도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유의 섬유구조물이 부직포 또는 비편성포(unknitted fabric)매트인 시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유의 섬유구조물이 적어도 8의 부피밀도를 갖는 시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유를 형성하는 중합체는 매트릭스 수지의 열가소성 수지 보다 더 높은 융점을 갖는 시이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유가 메타형 아라미드 섬유, 파라형아라미드섬유, 폴리아릴레이트섬유, 폴리아클릴로니트릴섬유, 폴리벤즈이미다졸섬유, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트섬유 및 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 유기 내열성 섬유인 시이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유가 용융가능하고 한계 산소 지수(LOI)가 적어도 28%이며, 용융상태에 있어서 매트릭스 수지의 열가소성 수지에 침화성을 갖지 않은 중합체로 이루어진 시이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유가 메타형아라미드 섬유인 시이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층은 시이트단면에 있는 내열성 섬유의 섬유 지름의 10배크기의 한변을 가진 임의의 가상 사각형내에 적어도 하나의 내열성 섬유를 갖는 시이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리카아보네이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 나일론6, 나일론66, 폴리페닐렌술피드, ABS 및 이들 중합체의 구조 단위의 2종 이상으로 이루어진 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 시이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 두층 이상의 제1층이 존재하고 제1층 사이에 한층 이상의 제2층이 존재하는 시이트.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 연속 탄소섬유의 직편물 및 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조물질의 합계가 시이트의 30~70용적%인 시이트.
  12. 내열성 강화섬유의 직편물을 열가소성 수지의 매트릭스 수지에 함침되어 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1층 및 내열성 섬유의 섬유구조물질을 열가소성 수지의 매트릭스 수지에 함침하여 형성된 적어도 하나의 제2층을 함유하며, 상기 제1층(들) 및 상기 제2층(들)이 통합적으로 적층되어 있고, 제2층은 시이트의 단면중에 있는 매트릭스 수지에 실질적으로 균일하게 분포되어 있는 내열성 섬유를 갖고 또한 이 내열성 섬유의 섬유지름을 초과하는 공극지름을 실질적으로 가지지 않으며, 제2층에 사용된 섬유된 섬유 구조물질이 직각에 교차하는 임의의 방향에서 적어도 1.0㎏/㎟ 이상의 섬유 얽힘 강도를 가지며, 섬유 구조물질의 내열성 섬유는 용융가능하고 28%이상의 한계 산소 지수(LOI)를 가지며, 용융상태에 있는 동안 매트릭스 수지의 열가소성 수지에 친화성을 가지지 않는 중합체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연성, 섬유 강화 열가소성 시이트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유가 메타형 아라비드 섬유인 시이트.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지가 난연제를 함유하는 시이트.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 제2층의 섬유 구조물이 시이트의 10~20용적%인 시이트.
  16. 연속 탄소섬유의 직편물을 하나이상 및 직각에 교차하는 임의의 방향에서 1.0㎏/㎟의 섬유 얽임 강도를 나타내는 내열성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유 구조물이 적어도 하나의 포개합친 상태에서, 열가소성 수지의 존재하에, 이 열가소성 수지가 연화하는 온도이상의 온도에서 가열가압 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열가소성 시이트의 제조법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유 구조물이 구조지수 1~10g/분을 갖는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 시이트, 필름, 직편물 및 분말로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 형태에 있는 열가소성 수지가 연속 탄소섬유 직편물과 내열성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유 구조물과의 사이에 존재하는 방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 연속 탄소 섬유의 직편물 둘 이상 및 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조 물질 하나 이상으로 이루어진 적층을 가열 및 가압하에서 두개의 연속 탄소 섬유 편직물 사이에 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조 물질 하나이상과 적층의 각 두층 사이에 열가소성 수지로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벙법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 연속 탄소 섬유의 직편물 둘 이상 및 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조물질 하나이상이 대칭으로 포개져 있으며(포개합친 방향에서 면대칭이 되도록하며), 상기 적층을 평판 프레스기로 가열 및 가압하에서 성형하여 평판 시이트를 수득하는 방법.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 적어도 둘 이상의 연속 탄소 직편물 및 적어도 하나이상의 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조물질이 물질 및/또는 배열이 면에 대하여 포개 합친 방향에 비대칭이 되도록하고, 상기 적층을 평판 프레스기로 가압 및 가열하에 성형하여 자발적으로 만곡된 시이트를 수득하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 섬유 구조물질을 구성하는 내열성 섬유가 메타형 아라미드섬유 또는 유리섬유인 방법.
