Claims (8)
- 주체 섬유가 접착성 섬유의 적어도 일부의 연화응융에 의해 결합된 웨브의 적충물이며, 한쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.4g/㎤이하이고 다른 쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.3g/㎤보다 크며, 또한 양웨브가 0.1g/㎤ 이상의 외관밀도차를 갖고, 적층물건체의 목부가 200 내지 1500g/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 구두부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양 웨브의 외관밀도차가 1.03g/㎤ 이상인 구두부재.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 높은 외관밀도를 갖는 쪽의 웨브의 외관밀도가 0.7g/㎤이상인 구두부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 높은 외관밀도를 갖는 쪽의 웨브의 외관밀도가 0.9 내지 1.3g/㎤인 구두부재.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 외관밀도 0.4g/㎤ 이하의 웨브와 외관밀도가 0.3g/㎤ 보다 큰 웨브로 이루어지며, 외관밀도차가 0.1g/㎤ 이상인 웨브를 양표면 웨브로하고, 이들 사이에 또한 다른 웨브, 종이, 편직물 및 (또는) 필름을 개재시킨 구두부재.
- 주체섬유와 주체섬유보다 저융점의 접착성 섬유가, 45:55 내지 10:90의 중량비로 혼면된 웨브 A와 55:45 내지 90:10의 비로 혼면된 웨브 B를 목부 200 내지 1500g/㎡가 되도록 적층시키고, 이 적층물을 접착성 섬유의 연화점이상이면서 주체섬유의 융점 미만인 온도로 균일하게 열처리한 후, 적충물을 전술한 바와 같은 온도범위내에서 웨브 A에 대한 처리온도를 웨브 B에 대한 처리 온도보다 고온으로 하여 무가압하에서 적층물의 표리를 불균일하게 열처리한후 열처리 온도이하에서 콜드프레스함을 특징으로 하여 주체섬유가 접착성 섬유의 적어도 일부의 연화용융에 의하여 결합된 웨브의 적층물이며, 한쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.4g/㎤ 이하이고 다른쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.3g/㎤보다 크고 0.1g/㎤ 이상의 외관 밀도차를 가지며, 또한 적층물 전체의 목부가 200 내지 1500g/㎡인 구두부재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 콜드 프레시 금형의 웨브 A측의 온도를 70℃이상, 웨브 B측의 온도를 50℃이하로 하는 방법.
- 주체섬유와 주체섬유보다 저융점의 접착성 섬유가, 45:55 내지 10:90의 중량비로 혼면된 웨브 A와 55:45 내지 90:10의 비로 혼면된 웨브 B를 목부 200 내지 1500g/㎡가 되도록 적층시키고, 이 적층물을 접착성 섬유의 연화점이상 이면서 주체섬유의 융점미만인 온도로 균일하게 열처리한 후, 적충믈을 전술한 바와 같은 온도범위내에서 웨브 A에 대한 처리 온도를 웨브 B에 대한 처리온도보다 고온으로 하여 가압하에서 적층물의 표리를 불균일하게 열처리함을 특징으로 하여 주체섬유가 접착성 섬유의 적어도 일부의 연화용융에 의하여 결합된 웨브의 적층물이며, 한쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.4g/㎤ 이하이고, 다른 쪽면의 웨브의 외관밀도는 0.3g/㎤보다 크며, 0.1g/㎤ 이상의 외관밀도차를 가지고, 적층물 전체의 목부가 200 내지 1500g/㎡인 구두부재를 제조하는 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
