Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the diaphragm which receives no effect of the humidity and features a larger elasticity and internal loss than the paper, by laminating the composite sheet composed of the synthetic pulp and the inorganic fiber to both sides of the core composed of the inorganic material or the organic material featuring a large internal loss through the heat fusing. CONSTITUTION:Surface materials 2 and 2' composed of the composite sheet made of the synthetic pulp and the inorganic fiber are laminated onto both sides of core 1 composed of the inorganic material or the organic material featuring a large internal loss, and this laminated substance is then formed into a conical shape through the heating. After this, the heat fusing is given to the synthetic pulp of core 1 and the synthetic pulp of the composite sheet of materials 2 and 2', and then core 1 is adhered tightly to materials 2 and 2'. In such way, the diaphragm can be obtained with a larger elasticity and internal loss than the paper, without receiving effect of the humidity.
