Claims (11)
- 패이스플레이트 내면에, 형광체층 및 블랙매트릭스층을 가진 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관에 있어서, 상기 패이스플레이트 내면과 상기 형광체층 및 상기 블랙매트릭스층과의 사이에 저연화점유리층을 가진것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저연화점유리층은 P2O530∼70몰%, B2O32∼10몰%를 함유하고, 다른 성분으로서 알칼리토류금속 및 알칼리금속의 산화물을 함유하는 붕인산유리인것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저연화점유리층은, P2O535∼50몰%, B2O33∼7몰%, Mgo 5∼15몰%, CaO 5∼15몰%, Li2O55∼25몰%, Na2O 5∼25몰%, BaO 0∼10몰%, K2O 0∼10몰%, CeO20.01∼1몰%의 조성을 가진 붕인산유리인것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관.
- 패이스플레이트 내면에 저연화점유리층을 형성하는 공정, 이 유리층위에 블랙매트릭스층 및 형광체층을 각각 형성하는 공정 및 가열에 의해서 상기 유리층을 연화하는 공정에 의해, 형광면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저연화점유리층은, P2O530∼70몰%, B2O32∼10몰%를 함유하고, 다른 성분으로서 알칼리토류금속 및 알칼리금속의 산화물을 함유하는 붕인산유리인것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전연화점유리층은, P2O535∼50몰%, B2O33∼7몰%, Mgo 5∼15몰%, CaO 5∼15몰%, Li2O 5∼25몰%, Na2O 5∼25몰%, BaO 0∼10몰%, K2O 0∼10몰%, CeO20.01∼1몰%의 조성을 가진 붕인산유리인것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 유리패널위에 감광성 중합체조성물의 막을 형성하는 공정과, 새도우 마스크를 개재해서 노광을 행하여, 상기 감광성 중합체조성물막의 소망부분을 경화시키는 공정과, 현상해서 상기 감광성중합체조성물막의 미경화 부분을 제거하여 중합체도드를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 현상에 의해서 노출된 부분의 상기 유리패널 및 상기 중합체도드위에 붕인산 저연화점유리분체층을 형성하는 공정과, 그위에 콜로이드상카아본 블랙현탁액을 도포해서 비발광성 광흡수 물질막을 형성하는 공정과, 박리제를 사용해서, 상기 중합체도드와 그위에 있는 저연화점유리 분체층 및 카아본 블랙층을 제거하는 공정과 그후 가열해서 상기 전연화점붕인산 유리를 융해하여, 유리패널과 오프티컬콘택트를 가진 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 기체표면에, 노광에 의해 점착성을 나타내는 감광성재료를 도포해서 박층으로 하는 공정과, 이 박층으로 도형상의 노광을 행하고, 노광부에 점착성을 발생시키는 공정 및 이 노광부에 비발광성분체를 부착시키는 공정을 포함하는 비발광성분체패턴의 형성방법에 있어서, 상기 비발광성분체는 저연화점유리분체와 혼합해서 상기 노광부에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 비발광성분체와 저연화점유리와의 혼합은, 양자의 합계에 대하여 비발광성분체가 0.1∼7중량%의 범위의 양이 되도록 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 기체표면에 형성된 감광성재료의 박막에 패턴형상의 노광을 행하고, 이어서 현상해서 감광재료의 박막의 패턴을 형성하는 공정, 이 감광성재료의 박막의 패턴위에 비발광성분체층을 형성하는 공정 및 상기 감광성재료의 박막을 그위의 비발광성분체층과 함께 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 비발광성분체패턴의 형성방법에 있어서, 상기 비발광성분체층의 형성은 비발광성분체와 저연화점유리분체와의 혼합물을 상기 감광성재료의 박막의 패턴위에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비발광성분체와 저연화점유리와의 혼합물은, 양자의 합계에 대하여 비발광성분체가 0.1∼7중량%의 범위의 양이 되도록 혼합된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스 컬러브라운관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
