Claims (3)

  1. 편파면이 한방향으로 회전하는 주빔은 자기광학 기록매체(6)로부터 제 1 광검출기(11)로 반사되고, 편파면이 반대방향으로 회전하는 주빔은 자기광학기록매체(6)로부터 제 2 광검출기(12)로 반사되며, 제1 및 제 2 광검출기(11,12)의 출력전압의 차이로부터 데이타신호가 형성되고, 하나의 광회절소자를 구비하고 있으며 3빔방식에 따라 자기광학 기록매체(6)를 스캐닝하는 광학스캐닝 장치에 있어서, 제2광검출기(12)에 +1보다 높은 준위 및 -1보다 낮은 준위의 붐도 반사되며, 데이타신호(S)를 발생시키기 위해 제 2 광검출기(12)의 출력전압으로부터 최소한 +1준위 및 -1준위의 빔에 의해 발생된 출력전압이 감산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 스캐닝장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 광검출기(E)를 설치하여 +1준위의 빔이 자기광학기록매체(6)로부터 그것이 반사되도록 하고, 제 4 광검출기(F)를 설치하여 -1 준위의 빔이 자기광학기록매체(6)로부터 그것이 반사되도록하며, 제3 및 제 4 광검출기(E,F)의 출력전압 ES 및 FS의 차이로부터 트래킹 에러신호 RE=ES-FS가 형성되고 제 2광검출기(12)의 출력전압 PS에서 출력전압 ES 및 FS가 감산되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 스캐닝 장치
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 5 광검출기(G)를 설치하여 +1보다 높은 준위의 빔이 자기광학기록매체(6)로부터 그것에 반사되도록 하고, 제 6 광검출기(H)를 설치하여 -1보다 낮은 준위의 빔이 자기광학기록매체(6)로부터 그것에 반사되도록 하며, 제5 및 제 6 광검출기(G,H)의 출력전압 GS 및 HS가 제 2 광검출기(12)의 출력전압PS에서 감산되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 스캐닝 장치.
