Abstract

본 발명은 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 회절격자를 통한 0차, ±1차광(3 beam)과 프리즘에 소정의 굴절율을 갖는 빔 스플리트에 의한 비점수차법을 이용함으로서 디스크의 불안정한 안치상태의 단점을 보완할수 있도록 한 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 소정형상의 크기를 갖는 제1실리콘기판일측에 형성된 제2실리콘기판의 상부에 설치되어 레이저 빔을 발생하는 레이저 다이오드, 임의의 경사면을 갖고 상기 레이저 다이오드와 소정 간격을 두고 설치되어 레이저 빔을 반사시키는 프리즘을 구비하여 디스크상의 정보를 읽는 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치에 있어서, 상기 프리즘의 경사면에 형성되어 비점수차를 발생시키는 빔 스플리트, 상기 빔 스플리트와 레이저 다이오드 사이에 설치되어 0차광, ±1차광의 3빔을 발생하는 회절격자, 상기 제1실리콘기판과 프리즘의 경계면에 형성되어 소정의 굴절율을 갖는 반사면, 상기프리즘의 상부에 설치되어 반사면을 통한 광 정보를 전기적신호로 변환하는 광 검출기를 포함하여 이루어진 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소정형상의 크기를 갖는 제1실리콘기판(4)일측에 형성된 제2실리콘기판(4a)의 상부에 설치되어 레이저빔을 발생하는 레이저 다이오드(1), 임의의 경사면을 갖고 상기 레이저 다이오드(1)와 소정 간격을 두고 설치되어 레이저빔을 반사시키는 프리즘(2)을 구비하여 디스크(6)상의 정보를 읽는 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치에 있어서, 상기 프리즘(2)의 경사면에 형성되어 비점수차를 발생시키며 소정의 굴절율(n2)을 갖는 빔 스플리트(8), 상기 빔 스플리트(8)와 레이저 다이오드(1) 사이에 설치되어 0차광, ±1차광의 3빔을 발생하는 회절격자(7), 상기 제1실리콘기판(4)과 프리즘(2)의 경계면에 형성되어 있는 소정의 굴절율(n1)을 갖는 반사면(9), 상기 프리즘(2)의 상부에 설치되어 반사면(9)을 통한 광 정보를 전기적신호로 변환하는 광 검출기(3)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사면(9)의 굴절율(n1)이 빔 스플리트(8)의 굴절율(n2)보다 크게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 디스크 플레이어의 광 픽업장치.
