Claims (6)
- 변속기(14)의 입력과 출력 변속기 샤프트(42,90) 사이의 토오크를 전달하기 위한 유체 작동되는 토오크 확립장치(26-34) 및 압력 명령에 따라 토오크 확립장치(torque establishing device)(26-34)의 토오크 전달 용량을 제어하기 위한 유압 제어메카니즘을 포함하고, 변속기의 안정상태 조작동안 토오크 확립장치의 토오크 용량을 조절하는 자동차 변속기(14)를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 토오크 확립장치(26-34)를 통하여 전달된 토오크의 측정에 따라 유압 제어기구(68)을 위해 압력명령(PCMD)을 결정하는 단계; 상기 토오크 확립 장치의 누적 미끄러짐량에 관하여 슬립지시를 정기적으로 발생시키는 단계; 미리 정해진 기준(REF)를 초과하는 슬립 지시에 요구되는 시간과 미리 정해진 기준이 초과되는 때를 측정하는 단계; 및 만일 상기 측정시간이 받아들일 수 있는 미끄럼의 범위를 한정하는 한계(THR)보다 적으면 상기 측정시간과 관련하여 명령된 압력(PCMD)를 증가시키고, 이에 따라 미끄러짐이 받아들일 수 있는 미끄러짐 범위 밖에 있을 때는 토오크 확립장치의 토오크 전달용량을 증가시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 변속기어의 안정상태(steady state) 슬립탐지/수정방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 슬립 표시가 미리 정해진 기준(REF)를 넘고, 측정된 시간이 최소한 한계(THR) 만큼 클때는 나아가, 토오크 윈도우를 통하여 토오크 측정의 스위핑(sweeping)을 탐지하기 위해 상한 및 하한 토오크 값(Tu, TL)으로 한정되는 토오크 윈도우에 관련하여 토오크 확립장치(26-34)를 지나 전달되는 토오크 측정을 비교하는 단계; 및 명령된 압력증가를 간섭함이 없이 미리 정해진 수(REP)의 계속되는 토오크 스위프가 탐지되었을 때 미리 정해진 수정량(PCOR)만큼 명령된 압력(PC5u) 감소시켜(424), 그로부터 미끄러짐을 받아들일 수 있는 범위내로 유지하면서 토오크 확립장치의 토오크 전달용량을 최소화 시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 슬립 표시를 주기적으로 발생시키는 단계는, 입력 및 출력 변속기 샤프트(42,90)의 회전속도와 일치하는 펄스 주파수(pulse frequencies)를 갖는 1차 및 2차 전기신호를 발생시키고, 또한 각각의 신호에 대하여 발생된 펄스수를 계산(couting)하여 1차 및 2차 누진 펄스 카운터를 만드는 단계; 토오크 확립장치(26-42)의 미끄러짐이 발생되지 않는 변속기 속도비(ROLD)과 1차 및 2차 누진 펄스카운트 중 하나의 적(product)에 따라 예견된 누진된 펄스 카운터를 산정(算定)하고, 예견된 누진 펄스카운트를 1차 및 2차 누진 펄스카운트 중 다른 것과 비교하여 토오크 확립장치를 지나는 누진 미끄러짐의 슬립 신호표시를 제공하는 단계; 및 미리 정해진 기준(REF)가 초과될 때 1차 및 2차 누진 펄스카운트를 리세팅하는 단계; 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 압력명령을 결정하기 위한 단계는, 토오크 확립장치(26-34)를 지나 전달되는 토오크의 측정에 근거한 안정상태 압력명령 PCMD와 압력 수정기간(term)의 합에 따라 유압 제어기구(68)에 대한 압력명령을 스케쥴링(scheduling) 하는 단계; 및 미리 정해진 기준(REF)가 초과될 때 만일 측정시간이 한계(THR)보다 적으면 측정시간에 관한 압력 수정기간(term) PC를 업데이트(up dating)하는 단계;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 4항에 있어서, 슬립 표시가 미리 정해진 기준(REF)를 초과하고 측정시간이 최소한계(THR)과 같은 때는 나아가, 토오크 윈도우를 통해 토오크 측정의 스위핑을 탐지하기 위해 상한 및 하한 토오크 값(Tu, TL)으로 한정되는 토오크 윈도우에 관하여 토오크 확립장치(26-34)를 지나 전달되는 토오크 측정을 비교하는 단계; 및 압력 수정기간(term) PC 증가의 간섭없이 예정된 수의 연속적인 토오크 스위프가 탐지되었을 때 예정된 수정량만큼 압력 수정기간(term) PC를 감소시켜, 미끄러짐을 받아들일 수 있는 범위내로 유지하면서 토오크 확립장치의 토오크 용량을 최소화 시키는 단계; 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
