Claims (9)

  1. 구멍을 가지는 닉켈-결합금 마스크 블랭크(mask blank)를 선택하고; 10KG(킬로가우스)로부터 측정했을 때 1.0 오에르 스테드보다 낮은 D.C보자력(coercive force)을 구비하고 동시에 낮은 튀어나오는 특성(springback characteristics)을 가지는 재료를 구비하도록 하는 방식으로 상기 마스크를 일차 소둔하고; 구멍마스크(aperture mask)에 대해 바람직한 막곡윤곽으로 전술한 마스크 블랭크를 난온성형(warm forming)하고; 구멍마스크를 포함하는 금속의 표면에 밀접하게 부착된 검은 산화물 코팅을 만들고 성형작업으로부터의 변형응력을 제거하기에 충분하도록 하기에 충분한 기간동안 조절된 산화대기내에서 적어도 1450°F의 온도로 전술한 구멍마스크를 2차 소둔하는 과정들을 포함하는 구멍난 마스크를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 1차 소둔이 1652°F-2192°F의 범위내의 온도에서 실시되는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 1차 소둔이 5분보다 긴기간 동안 실시되는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 1차 소둔이 닉켈-철압금의 내부산화를 막도록 충분히 낮은 이슬점을 가진 환원대기 내에서 실시되는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 마스크 블랭크를 난온성형함이 적어도 200℉의 온도에서 실시되는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 1차 소둔을 위한 전술한 환원대기가 수소, 질소 혹은 수소-질소 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 소둔을 위한 전술한 산화대기가 산화작용제로 조절된 량의 습기를 가진 질소, 알곤 혹은 수소를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 소둔을 위한 전술한 산화대기가 90℉의 이슬점을 가진 100%질소를 포함하고 소둔시간이 90초인 방법.
  9. 제 1 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 공장생산제품.
