Claims (7)

  1. 광학적용에 사용되는 제품은 다음의 일반식으로 표현되는 폴리카보네이트수지로 형성되며, C6H5-C(CH3)2-C6H4-O-CO-[O-C6H4-pXp-R-C6H4-qXq-O-CO]n-O-C6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H5여기서 R은 페닐기와 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1~15인 알킬렌기, 탄소수 3~15인 고리지방족기, -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -CO-로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 2가의 기 또는 원자이며 X는 알킬, 아릴기 또는 할로겐원자이며 p와 q는 각각 0.1 또는 2이고 n은 폴리카보네이트수지의 분자가 10,000~17,000범위내 점도평균분자량을 지니는 값을 갖는 양수이고 C6H4, C6H4-pXp와, C6H4-qXq는 치환 또는 비치환된 1,4-페밀렌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  2. 광 디스크기판은 다음의 일반식으로 표현되는 폴리카보네이트수지로 형성되고, C6H5-C(CH3)2-C6H4-O-CO-[O-C6H4-pXp-R-C6H4-qXq-O-CO]n-O-C|6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H5여기서 R은 페닐기와 치환, 비치환된 탄소수 1~15인 알킬렌기, 탄소수 3~15인 고리지방족기, -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -CO-로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2가기 또는 원자이며 X는 알킬, 아릴기 또는 할로겐원자이고 p와 q는 각각0,1,2이며 n은 폴리카보네이트수지의 분자가 10,000~17,000범위내 점도평균분자량을 지니는 값을 갖는 양수이며,C6H4, C6H4-pXp와, C6H4-qXq는 치환 또는 비치환된 1,4-페닐레기인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트수지는 다음의 일반식-
    HO-C6H4-pXp-R-C6H4-qXq-OH
    여기서 RC X, p, q는 상기 규정과 동일의미를 지닌다-으로 표현되는 디히드릭페놀화합물과 포스겐의 다축합반응의 생성물이며 분자사슬말단은 사슬말단정지제로서 4-쿠밀페놀로 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, R은 페닐기로 비치환 또는 치환된 탄소수 1~15인 2가 지방족기와 탄소수 3~15인 2가 고리지방족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, X는 알킬기, 아릴기, 할로겐원자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 디히드릭페놀화합물은 비스(4-히드록시페닐)메탄, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)에테르, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)술폰, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)술폭시드, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)술피드, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)케톤, 1,1-비스(4-히드록시페닐)에탄, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)부탄, 1,1-비스(4-히드록시페닐)시클로헥산, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-3,5-디브로모페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-3,5-디클로로페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-3-브로모페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-3-클로로페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-3,5-디메틸페닐)프로판, 1,1-비스4-히드록시페닐)-1-페닐에탄, 비스(4-히드록시페닐)디페닐 메탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 디히드릭페놀화합물은 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크기판용 폴리카보네이트.
