Claims (13)

  1. 전자계 방사선용 투명한 물질 블럭과, 상기 블럭으로 이루어진 최소한 제 1 표면의 일부분에 도표되어진 금속성 물질층과, 상기 금속성 층에 도표되어진 감지성 물질층과, 분석할 샘플과 반응하도록 감지층에 유도하기 위한 수단과, 상기 방사선원 상기 표면의 일부분으로 부터 벗어나 내부에서 반사되어 상기 투명한 블럭으로 지향된 전자계 반사선원과, 팬형태에 입사빔에서 상기 표면의 일부분에 상기 방사선원을 접속하기위한 수단과, 내부에서 반사된 빔을 수용하기 위해 위치 설정된 검출기 수단과, 상기 표면 내부로 입사한 팬-형태빔이 플라스먼공명을 일으키도록 입사각 열을 이루는 배열을 구비하는 생물학적, 생화학적 및 화학적 테스트용 센서에 있어서, 상기 감시수단에 의해 검출된 공명은 샘플 및 감지층 사이의 방응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적, 생화학적 또는 화학적 테스트용 센서.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 과원으로 부터나온 방사선은 제 2 곡선 표면을 지나 블럭에 입사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 표먼의 곡률 중심부가 상기 제 1 표면에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 표면은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  5. 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 전자계 방사선의 입력빔은 입사점에서 표면에 탄젠트가 되는 직각방향의 블럭에 입사되는 것을 특징으호 하는 센서.
  6. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 검출기 수단은 상기 블럭의 외부에 위치 설정되고, 내부에서 반사된 빔은 블록의 제 3 곡선 표면을 지나 상기 블럭으로부터 나온것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 표면의 곡률 중심부는 상기 제 1 표면에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  8. 제 2 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 투명체는 상기 제 1 표면인 반구의 평면과 상기 제 2 표면을 포함하는 반구의 원형 표면을 형성하고, 상기 제 1 표면의 일부분이 제 1 표면의 중심부에 위치 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  9. 제 2 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 투명체는 상기 제 1 표면인 반구의 평면과 상기 제 2 표면을 포함하는 반구의 곡선 표면을 형성하고 상기 제 1 표면의 일부분이 상기 제 1 표면의 길이방향 중심축상에 위치 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  10. 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 곡선 표면체의 정상부가 전달되어 절단형 반구 또는 반원인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  11. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 검출기 수단은 방사빔 전체를 모으기 위해 위치 설정된 대영역 검출기 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  12. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 검출기 수단은 방사빔 전체를 모으기 위해 각이지게 일정하게 위치 설정된 검출기의 배열 형태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
  13. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 감지층은 항체층 형태 대응 항원을 포함하는 샘플과 방응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
