제1도는 본발명의 조성물내의 액체 결정성 포리에스테르의 배합비율에 따른 성형 사이클 소요시간 및 용접 강도의 변화를 보여주는 도면이다.(도면중 실선은 액체 결정성 폴리에스테르의 배합량과 상형 사이클 소요시간의 관계를, 점선은 액체 결정성 폴리에스테르의 배합량의 용접강도의 관계를 나타낸다.)제2도는 시험에 사용한 본 발명 조성물의 성형품이 사시도이다. 제3도는 동일 성형품의 평면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위를 주로하여 이루어진 폴리 앙ㄹ킬렌 테레프탈레이트 75내지 99중량%와 용융가공성이며 용융상에서 비등방성인 상을 형성하는 폴리엘스테르 1내지 25중량%로 이루어진것을 특징으로하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비등방성인 용융상을 형성할수 있는 상기 용융 가공성 폴리에스테르가 3내지 20중량%로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 수지가 포리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 수지가 50중량%이상의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이틀 수지와 50중량% 이하의 포리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 포리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트가 수지가 에틸렌 테레탈레이트와 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 공중합축합물질이며, 상기 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 비등방성인 용융상을 형성할 수 있는 용융가공성 폴리에스테르가 다음 화합물로부터 채택된 적어도 하나의 화합물로 이루어진 방향족 폴리에스테르 또는 방향족 폴리에스테르-아미도인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 스지 조성물: a)방향족 수산화카그복산 ; 및 b) 방향족 수산화 아민 및 방향족디아민.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전제가 상기 조성물의 총 중량의 1내지 70중량%로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 포리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트가 50몰%의 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위와 50몰%의 다른 하나의 알킬렌 테레프날레이트 단위로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
