Claims (9)
- a) Fe,M(Ⅰ), (MⅡ)및 M(Ⅲ)금속을 함유하는 유기 화합물의 혼합물을 분해시켜 전구체 화합물을 수득하고: b)a)의 전구체 화합물을 무기염과 홈합시키고 전구체 화합물/염 혼합물을 700내지 1000℃의 온도에서하소시켜 페라이트를 형성하며; c) b)의 하소된 물질을 물로 세척하여 페라이트를 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 하기의 조성물을 갖는 미분성 자성(magnetic)헥사페라이트를 제조하는 방법.M(I)×M(Ⅱ)yM(Ⅲ)z Fe12-(y+z)O10상기식에서 X는 0내지 3이고; Y+Z는 0.1내지 3이며: X+Y+Z는 1.0보다 크고; M(I)은 Ba,Sr,Ca,Eu,Pb 이거나, Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs,Ag,Tl중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 1가 양이온과 RE(여기서, RE는 La,Y,Sc,Bi또는 다른 회귀 토급속이다)의 결합물이며; M(Ⅱ)은 Fe(Ⅱ), Mn,Co,Ni,Al,Cr(Ⅲ),No 또는 Sn(II)이고 ; M(III)은 Ti,Zr,Hf,Ga,Sn(IV),Ge,In,Sc,Nb,Ta,V.As,Sb,Bi,Al,Cr(III),No 또는 W이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 Fe,M(I),M(Ⅱ)및 M(Ⅲ)을 함유하는 유기 화합물의 혼합물이 상응하는 금속의 하이드록카복실산의 착화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 화합물의 혼합물이 또한 암모늄 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산이 시트르산인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하이드로 카복실산의 차화합물이 하기 일반식의 화합물 및, 추가로 목적하는 헥사페라이트의 조성에 의해 예정된 비율의 금속 M(I),M(Ⅱ)및 M(Ⅲ)각각의 암모늄 하이드록시카복실산연 충분량을 함유하는 방법.NH4(Men Anm)×pH2O상기식에서, Me는 철이고, N은 0.21내지 0.5이며, An은 C6H4O7이고, P는 0.04 내지 1.5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (b)단계에서 무기염이 하나 이상의 아칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속을 포함하고, 전구체 화합물 부당 무기염 1내지 10부를 혼합하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무기염이 0내지 50 mole%인 Bacl2를 함유하는 Nacl과 Bacl2의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의한 자성 헥사페라이트 안료.
- 자성 입자를 함유하느 개선된 자기 녹음 물질에 있어서, 상기 자성 입자가 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 미분된 자성 헥사페라이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
