Description

붕소-함유 미분 자기 헥사페라이트 안료, 이의 제조방법 및 용도
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명(실시예 6/B)에 따른 안료의 전자 현미경 사진이다. 제2도는 붕소로 도우프시키는 기능으로서의 보자력을 나타낸다. 제3도는 제2도에서와 동일한 물질의 상응하는 포화 자기화를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식의 붕소-도우프된(doped)미분 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
    M(I)XM(II)yM(III)ZBVFe12-(y+z+v)O19,
    상기식에서, X는 0보다 크고 3보다 작으며, X및 Z의 합은 0.1보다 크고 3보다 작고, x,y및 z의 합은 1.0보다 크며, v는 0보다 크고 6보다 작고, M(I)는 Ba, Sr, Ca, Eu, 또는 Pb이거나, Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs,Ag 또는 Tl인 1가 양이온과 La,Y,Sc,Bi또는 기타의 희토류 금속인 RE의 배합물이며, M(II)는 Fe(II),Mn,Co,Ni,Zn,Cu,Cd,Mg 또는 Sn(II)이고, M(III)는 Ti,Zr,Hf,Ga,Sn(IV),Ge,In,Sc,Nb,Ta,V,As,Sb,Bi,Al,Cr(III),Mo또는 W이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소 함량이 0.005내지 5중량%인 미분 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소가 헥사페라이트중에 화학적으로 혼입된, 미분 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
  4. 유기화합물의 상응하는 금속염(여기에서, 금속염은 하이드록시 카복실산과 상응하는 금속이온과의 착화합물이다.)및 수-용성 붕소 화합물을 산화조건하의 승온에서, 계면할성제의 존재하에 분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에서 청구된 미분 헥사페라이트 안료를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속염이 하기 조성을 갖는 방법.

    상기식에서, An은 하이드록시 카복실산의 음이온이고, Me는 선택된 헥사페라이트의 금속성 조성물에 따른 소정의 금속이온이며, n은 Me가 Fe일 경우 0.21내지 0.5이며, m은 An이 C6H4O7이고, P가 0.04내지 1.5인 경우 0.27내지 0.43이다.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산이 시트르산인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 붕소 화합물이 산화붕소, 붕산 , 암모늄 붕산염 또는 상응하는 금속의 금속 붕산염인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 붕소 화합물을 미분된 헥사페라이트 안료를 제조하기 위해 필요한 혼합물중에 균질하게 분산시키는 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 유기 화합물의 금속염을 계면활성제 및 붕소 화합물의 존재하에서 80내지 180℃까지 가열하여 유리-형 전구체 화합물을 생성시킨후, 이를 상응하는 헥사페라이트의 열역학적 존재범위에 상응하는 온도까지 가열하는 방법.
  10. 자기 헥사페라이트 안료를 함유하는 자기 기록 재료에 있어서, 상기 헥사페라이트 안료가 제1항에 따른 붕소 도우프된 자기 헥사페라이트 안료임을 특징으로 하는 개량된 자기 기록 재료.
