Claims (6)
- 입 출력단 사이에 저속측의 기계식 전동시스템 및 고속측의 기계식 전동시스템을 병렬적으로 형성하는 차동기구와, 상기 각 기계식 전동시스템의 도중에 쌍을 이루는 유체펌프/모우터의 각 입출력축을 각각 접속하고 이들 양 유체펌프/모우터에 의해서 가변속의 유체식 전동시스템을 구성하는 유체전동 기구와, 상기 저속측의 기계석 전동시스템의 전동단을 입력축 또는 출력축에 착설된 공통회전 요소에 접리시키는 저속축의 클러치와, 상기 고속측의 기계식 전동시스템의 전동단을 상기 공통회전 요소에 접리시키는 고속측의 클러치를 구비해서 이루어지며, 출력 회전속도/입력 회전속도로 표시되는 속도비가 상기 저속측 클러치와 고속측 클러치와의 회전속도차가 0이 되는 중간설정 속도비 보다 작은 운전영역에서는 저속측의 클러치만을 접속하는 저속모우드를 선택하고, 상기 속도비가 상기 중간설정속도비 보다도 큰 운전영역에서는 상기 고속측의 클러치만을 접속하는 고속모우드를 선택할 수 있는 무단변속 장치에 있어서, 상기 속도비가 상기 고속모우드에서 저속측의 유체펌프/모우터가 대체로 정지하게 되는 최대설정속도비에 일정치 이상 접근하였을 경우에, 상기 유체펌프/모우터의 변위용적을 제어해서 최대설정 속도비의 운전상태로 끌어들이는 인입수단과, 이 운전상태에서 저속측의 유체펌프/모우터의 입출력을 강제적으로 록크하는 구속기구를 갖추어서 이루어진 동력분배 정지수단과, 이 운전상태에서 상기 유체식 전동시스템의 회로사이의 차압이 0이 되도록 유체펌프/모우터의 변위용적을 제어하는 용적보정수단을 착설하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속기구가 밴드브레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속기구가 래치트 휘일과, 이 래치트 휘일에 맞물려서, 이 래치트 휘일의 일정한 방향의 회전을 구속하는 클릭을 구비해서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속기구가 싱크로 메시 클러치인것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 동력분배 정지수단이 상기 구속기구외에, 고속측의 유체펌프/모우터를 기계식 전동시스템으로부터 기계적으로 절리하는 절리기구를 갖추어서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 동력분배 정지수단이 상기 구속기구외에 고속측의 유체펌프/모우터의 공전토오크 손실을 감소시키는 토오크 손실억제기구를 갖추어서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
