Abstract

"TRANSMISSãO CONTINUAMENTE VARIáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma transmissão continuamente variável construída de tal maneira que pode mudar a velocidade da energia aplicada a um eixo de entrada de acordo com a carga aplicada a um eixo de saída e transmitir a energia ao eixo de saída até mesmo se todas as engrenagens permanecerem acopladas, e além disso a operação reversa também pode ser executada de uma maneira simples. Revendo a sua construção, ela é composta principalmente por um sistema de mudança de velocidade, o qual recebe a energia gerada por um motor, muda a velocidade e o transmite ao eixo de saída, um sistema de controle da mudança de velocidade que ajusta automaticamente a relação rotacional para corresponder à condição da carga no eixo de saída, e um sistema de rotação reversa. A presente invenção compreende dois conjuntos de engrenagens (compostos) nos quais cada mesmo elemento é removido de dois conjuntos de engrenagens planetárias; e um sistema de rotação reversa, e a energia aplicada através de um elemento de entrada selecionado dos dois conjuntos de engrenagens é mudada para a velocidade requerida e transmitida ao eixo de saída. Revendo as características operacionais, a presente invenção é construída de uma maneira tal que uma rotação desacelerada menor do que a rotação de entrada é transmitida ao impulsor mediante o emprego de uma embreagem direta. Portanto é uma característica da presente invenção que a força rotacional transmitida ao impulsor seja sempre maior do que o torque de entrada. Em vista dos efeitos, a presente invenção pode obter uma grande força de propulsão, um desempenho prederível, uma operação suave e tranq³ila, pode mudar a velocidade sem escalonamento por ocasião da operação reversa.
