Claims (8)
- 주석 피복재료 또는 주성분으로 주석을 가지는 재료를 금속파이프의 내부속에 삽입하는 단계와, 불활성 또는 비산화 분위기 개스 또는 환원분위기 개스 속에서 1000℃이상으로 금속파이프의 온도를 급격하게 올려 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 금속파이프의 내부벽 전체를 피복하는 단계와, 상기 기술한 분위기개스에서 가능한 최고 속도로 냉각하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주속기지 합금으로 피복된 금속 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 파이프는 이중벽의 금속파이프 또는 전기용접된 금속파이프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복재료 주석, 주석-아연합금, 주석-납합금, 아연도금된 주석기지, 주석-아연 피복재료중에서 선택된 하나의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복재료는 와이어, 주석사이트 또는 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프와 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이용된 고주파는 10-400KHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 도는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속파이프는 5-50m/min의 속도로 고주파 열처리 장치를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계는 냉각질소개스인 분위기개스속에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속파이프내부는 구리도금으로 예비처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 주석 또는 주석기지합금으로 피복된 금속파이프 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
