Claims (4)

  1. 분할제로서 광학적 활성의 1-(P-톨릴)에틸아민 또는 광학적 활성의 시스-N-벤질-2-(하이드록시메틸)사이클로헥실아민을 사용하여 (±)-시스-퍼메트르산과 반응시키거나, 분할제로서 광학적 활성의 1-(P-에소프로필페닐)에틸아민, 광학적 활성의 1-에틸벤질아민 또는 광학적 활성의 시스-N-베질-2-(하이드록시메틸)사이클로헥실아민을 사용하여 (±)-트란스-퍼메트르산과 반응시킴을 포함하여, (±)-시스 또는 (±)-트란스-퍼메트르산을 광학 분할하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응을 용매중에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 용매가 저급 알콜, 저급알킬 메틸 케톤 및 물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, (±)-시스 또는 (±)-트란스-퍼메트르산을 분할제와 반응시키고 ; 생성된 부분입체 이성체염을 반응 혼합물로부터 분리시키고 ; 분리된 부분 이비체 이성체를 먼저 염기로 처리하고 이어서 산으로 처리하여 광학적으로 활성인 시스 또는 트란스-퍼메트르산을 수득하는 방법.
