제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에서 사용한 감열기록 시이트 제조장치의 개념도,
제2도는 거칠기 곡선 및 접촉을 산출방법의 설명도.

Claims (11)

  1. 지지체상에, 가열에 의해서 발색하는 감열기록층을 형성한 감열기록 시이트의 최외 표면층을 형성할 때, 최외표면층이 습윤상태에 다른 평활제 표면과 접합한 상태로 건조하고, 이어서 이 감열기록층을 평활제 표면으로부터 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최외표면층의 습윤 상태가 반건조 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 최외표면층의 습윤상태가 건조한 표면에 용매를 도포해서 재습윤한 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 최외표면층은 습윤상태가 건조한 표면에 다시 감열기록층 도액 또는 보호층 도액을 도포해서 재습윤한 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 건조한 최외표면층의 표면에 다시 감열기록층 도액 또는 보호층 도액을 도포하는 방법이, 건조한 표면과 접합시키는 평활제 표면이 접합하는 입구부에 도액의 액고임이 계속해서 발생하도록 액의 공급량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 투기도가 300초 이하의 초벌칠 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 감열기록층이 다른 색상으로 발색하는 복수의 감열기록층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 감열기록층이 일단 다른 평활제 표면에 도포하고, 건조한후 지지체 또는 초벌칠된 지지체상에 전사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트의 제조방법.
  9. 지지체상에 가열에 의해서 발색하는 1층 또는 2층 이상의 감열기록층에 있어서,감열기록층의 표면평활성이 JIS-B-0601법에 의거한 거칠기 곡선에 있어서, 중심선에 평행하며, 또한, 거칠기 곡선과 접촉율이 10%에서 교차하는 직선에서부터 1.5μm 안쪽으로 중심선과 평행하게 그어진 직선과 거칠기 곡선과의 접촉율이 80%이상인 평활면인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 거칠기 곡선과 접촉율이 10%에서 교차하는 직선에서 1.5μm안쪽으로 중심선과 평행하게 그어진 직선과 거칠기 곡선과의 접촉율이 90%이상인 평활면인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 얻어진 감열기록 시이트 표면의 광택도가 30% 이하의 광택이 없는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품위 감열기록 시이트.
