PURPOSE:To improve the performance of fixation by attaining uniform coating free from a fixing mark by preventing a silicone rubber layer from swelling by using and supplying silicone oil, whose standard viscosity has a specific value at the normal temperature, to a roller by way of a polymer synthetic resin film having fine and continuous pores. CONSTITUTION:For example, the peripheral speed of fixing roller 1 and pressing roller 5 is set to 120mm./sec and the surface temperature of roller 1 provided inside heater 4 is set to 190-200 deg.C; and layer 3 on hollow pipe 2 is covered with ethylene tetra fluoride resin.
