Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a three-dimentional pattern excellent in durability by a method wherein a transfer layer having a screen printed layer on an unfoamed resin layer is transferred on a plastic formed article and is worked through a foaming process and a coating process with setting resin coating.
CONSTITUTION: From a transfer paper 10 having a paraffin-paper layer 11, a screen printed layer 12, an unfoamed resin layer 14', an adhesive-agent layer 16 and a paper layer 13 is peeled the paper layer 13 off, and the transfer is made on the surface of the plastic formed article 30 at the temperature at which no foaming is caused in the resin layer 14'. Next, after the paraffin-paper layer 11 being peeled off, the resin layer 14' is foamed by heating the same at 40W110°C for 10W120sec, thereby a three-dimentional pattern of a bulky foamed resin layer 14 being formed. Then, the surface on which the pattern is transferred is coated with setting resin coting 20 and, the coating 20 being set, the surface having the transferred pattern is enclosed in a strong protective film.
