<Prior Art> Conventionally, as a method of decorating the surface of a container, a method such as applying a paint to which metal foil is adhered has been adopted. In order to protect the surface, a protective film is often formed. To explain this method, an adhesive is applied to the surface of the container that will be used as the fabric, and a metal foil or dye-containing paint is applied to the surface, and then a photocured film is applied with or without a protective layer and peeling layer. Alternatively, it may be coated with a thermosetting film.

Here, the metal foil is created by appropriate means such as vacuum deposition or plating. In addition, in view of the fact that fabrics, metal foils, paints, etc. are likely to be adversely affected by heat, ultraviolet (UV) cured films are generally used as cured films.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, since the conventional cured film was in a liquid state, it was difficult to apply it uniformly, resulting in uneven film thickness, which impaired the aesthetic appearance.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a container produced by the surface treatment method of the present invention, in which 1 is the fabric of the container, 2 is an adhesive layer, 3 is a metal foil layer, 4 is an ink layer, 5 is a protective layer, and 6 is a The peeling layer 7 is an ultraviolet curing film layer. Materials for the container include synthetic resins such as acrylonitrile-styrene (AS) copolymer resin, polystyrene (PS)+111i? , acrylonitrile
Butadiene-styrene (A"' BS) copolymer resin, polypropylene (PP) resin, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) of resin, etc. are used. Metal foil layer 3 and ink layer 4 is formed on the adhesive layer 2 coated with a vinyl chloride-based or acrylic-based adhesive by thermal transfer.

Depending on the structure of the metal foil layer 3 and the ink layer 4, 1), as shown in FIG. If only the foil layer 3 is used, the color will be silver (indicated by S in the figure), and if the ink layer 4 is formed on the metal foil layer 3, the color will be gold (indicated by G in the figure).
It looks like a decoration. Further, the metal foil layer 3 may be formed by vacuum evaporation, sputtering, plating, or the like. Then, an ultraviolet curing layer 7 is formed thereon by matte coating with or without the protective layer 5 and peeling layer 6 interposed therebetween.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, by using the container surface treatment method of the present invention, an ultraviolet cured film and other cured films, which are surface protective films, can be formed uniformly and evenly with a matte coating, and manufacturing is easy. By forming the metal foil layer and ink layer by thermal transfer and selecting the appropriate materials, the bonding strength between each layer is improved, and cosmetics and other devices with excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance can be produced. A container can be provided.
