【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本件考案は紫外線硬化塗料を塗着したプラスチ
ツク製の製品の上にホツトスタンプ、ホツトトラ
ンスフア等の熱転写加工を施した装飾製品に係
り、更に詳しくはプラスチツク製製品としての基
材の表面にウレタンアクリレートやエポキシアク
リレート等のアクリル系紫外線硬化型樹脂の中に
紫外線では硬化しないアクリル系、オレフイン系
等の低分子量の樹脂に添加剤及び溶剤を混合して
なる紫外線硬化塗料を塗着した塗装層と、該塗装
層の表面に更にホツトスタンプ、ホツトトランス
フア等の熱転写加工を施した装飾層を形成してな
ることを特徴とした装飾製品に関するものであ

護する為に従来から紫外線硬化塗料の塗着等が実
施されて来ているが、この塗料を塗着した製品の
表面には更にホツトスタンプ等の熱転写加工によ
る装飾をそのまま直接に施すことが極めて困難で

コート層を形成してその上にホツトスタンプ印刷
をして装飾をしていたが、工程が複雑であり、か

クリル系、オレフイン系等の低分子量の樹脂に添
加剤及び溶剤を混合して特定の塗料を作り、この
塗料を用いることによつて紫外線硬化塗料を塗着
した塗装層の表面に直接ホツトスタンプ等の熱転
写加工を施して製品に装飾を施すことを可能とし

層Cが一体となつて、製品の塗装層2に転着さ

本考案に係る装飾製品は上述の如く、アクリル

て製品の表面に塗装を施したので、従来の単なる
紫外線硬化塗料を使用した場合と異なり、この塗
装層にホツトスタンプ等の熱転写加工を直接施し
ても熱転写による装飾を安定した状態で強固に固
着することが出来、従つて鉄刻印、ラバー印等を
使用することによつてホツトスタンプ等の熱転写
加工を安価にしかも大量に実施することが出来る

を混合してなる紫外線硬化塗料を塗着した塗装
層2と、該塗装層の表面にホツトスタンプ、ホ
ツトトランスフア等の熱転写加工を施した装飾
層3とを形成してなることを特徴とする装飾製
品。 (2) 前記紫外線硬化塗料に艷消し剤を混入して製
品の表面に施された前記塗装層をマツト面に形
成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
