[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> The present invention relates to decorative products in which heat transfer processing such as hot stamping and hot transfer is applied to plastic products coated with ultraviolet curing paint, and further includes: In detail, on the surface of the base material of plastic products, additives and solvents are mixed with acrylic UV-curable resins such as urethane acrylate and epoxy acrylate, and low-molecular-weight resins such as acrylic and olefin resins that do not harden with UV rays. A decorative product comprising: a paint layer coated with an ultraviolet curing paint; and a decorative layer further subjected to heat transfer processing such as hot stamping or hot transfer on the surface of the paint layer. It is.

In order to protect products such as containers or caps made of synthetic resin, or the products stored in these products, UV-curable paint has been applied for a long time. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to directly apply decorations by thermal transfer processing such as hot stamping to the surface of the product.

Therefore, the applicant has already filed patent application No. 57-219297.
(Refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-109387).
The surface of the product coated with ultraviolet curing paint was further subjected to silk screen printing to form an anchor coat layer, and then hot stamp printing was applied to decorate the layer, but the process was complicated. , and had the disadvantage of high cost.

The product related to this invention is a completely new technology developed in view of these drawbacks of the conventional technology, and is especially added to low molecular weight resins such as acrylic and olefin resins that do not cure with ultraviolet light in acrylic UV-curable paints. A specific paint is made by mixing agents and solvents, and by using this paint, it is possible to decorate products by applying heat transfer processing such as hot stamping directly to the surface of the paint layer coated with ultraviolet curable paint. It is related to decorative products made possible.

In carrying out the product of the present invention, the acrylic ultraviolet curing paint that forms the coating layer 2 described above plays an important role, but in the present application, this paint is particularly configured as follows. In particular, it is possible to directly apply thermal transfer processing such as hot stamping to the coating layer 2.

Here, the molecular weight of low molecular weight resins such as acrylic and olefin resins is about 1000 to 12000, and if the mixed weight percentage is less than 5%, thermal transfer processing such as hot stamping will not be stabilized. The above causes problems with UV curing as well as insufficient curing. Further, a conventional sensitizer is used as an additive, and a hydrocarbon type solvent is used as a solvent.

In the above embodiment, an example was described in which the coating layer 2 was directly formed on the outer surface of the base material 1.
It is also possible to apply this coating layer 2 to the surface of a product whose outer surface has been subjected to aluminum vapor deposition, and further to apply a decorative layer 3 to the surface of the coating layer 2 by thermal transfer processing such as hot stamping.

Further, FIG. 5 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of an example of a foil sheet for hot stamping used in constructing the product of the present application. That is, the foil sheet 6 is composed of a release layer B, a protective layer C, an aluminum vapor-deposited layer D, and an adhesive layer E on the lower surface of the base film A, and finally the adhesive E, the aluminum vapor-deposited layer D, and the protective layer C are integrated. As a result, it is transferred onto the coating layer 2 of the product to form a decorative layer 3.

As mentioned above, the decorative product according to the present invention contains 38 to 43% by weight of an acrylic UV-curable resin and 5 to 5% of a resin such as an acrylic or olefin resin that does not harden with UV rays.
Since the surface of the product is coated with a paint containing 14% by weight of additives and solvent, unlike the case of using conventional UV-curable paint, this paint layer can be directly subjected to heat transfer processing such as hot stamping. Even when applied, heat transfer decorations can be firmly fixed in a stable state. Therefore, by using iron stamps, rubber stamps, etc., heat transfer processing such as hot stamping can be carried out at low cost and in large quantities. It has the characteristics of being able to
