Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그 염
    위의 일반식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 저급알킬이고, 환 A는 치환 또는 비치환 페닐이고, X는 -OCO-, -O- 또는 -S-이고, m 및 N은 0 또는 1의 정수이고, p 및 q는 0,1 또는 2의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환 A가 페닐, 저급알킬렌디옥시-치환된 페닐; 저급알킬, 저급알킬티오, 저급알콕시, 페닐저급알콕시, 저급알콕시카르보닐, 할로겐원자, 아미노 및 히드록시로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1 내지 3의 기로 치환된 페닐인 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1, R2및 R3이 메틸 또는 에틸이고, 환 A가 페닐, 메틸렌디옥시-치환된 페닐이거나, 메틸, n-프로필, 3급-부틸, 메틸티오, 메톡시, 벤질옥시, 메톡시카르보닐, 클로린, 아미노 및 히드록시로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1 내지 3의 기로 치환된 페닐인 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그 염.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 환 A가 페닐, 3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐, 4-메틸페닐, 4-메틸티오페닐, 3-메톡시페닐, 4-메톡시페닐, 2,4-디메톡시페닐, 3,4-디메톡시페닐, 2,3,4-트리메톡시페닐, 3,4,5-트리메톡시페닐, 2-벤질옥시-3-메톡시페닐, 2-메톡시-5-메톡시카르보닐페닐, 3-메톡시-2-n-프로필페닐, 3,5-2(3급)-부틸-4-히드록시페닐, 4-히드록시-3,5-디메톡시페닐 또는 4-클로로페닐, 2-클로로-5-메톡시페닐, 4-클로로-3-메톡시페닐, 5-클로로-2-메톡시페닐 또는 4-아미노-3-클로로-2-메톡시페닐인 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그의 염.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 에틸이고, R2및 R3이 메틸이고, 환 A가 3,4,5-트리메톡시페닐 또는 4-히드록시-3,5-디메톡시페닐인 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그 염.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 에틸이고, R2및 R3이 메틸이고, 환 A가 3,4,5-트리메톡시페닐 또는 0이고, P가 1 또는 2이고, q가 0 또는 1인 일반식(I)의 티오펜 유도체 또는 그 염.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 1-(4-히드록시-3,5-디메톡시벤질옥시메틸)-1-(2-티에닐)-N, N-디메틸프로필아민인 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그 염.
  8. [I] A) 일반식(II)의 아민을 알킬화 반응시키거나, B) 일반식(III)의 아미노알킬은 화합물을 일반식(IV)의 카르복시산 유도체 또는 그 반응성 유도체와 축합반응시키거나, C) 일반식(III)의 아미노알칸을 화합물을 일반식(V)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, [II] 생성물의 환 A가 3,4,5-트리(저급알콕시)페닐일 경우 이를 4-히드록시-3,5-디(저급알콕시)페닐로 탈알킬화하여, 일반식(I)의 티오펜유도체 또는 그 염을 제조하는 방법.
    위의 일반식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 저급알킬이고, 환 A은 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐이고 X는 -OCO-, -O- 또는 -S-이고, m 및 n은 0 또는 1이고, p 및 q는 0,1 또는 2이고, Y는 반응성 잔기이다.
  9. 일반식(I)의 화합물을 치료효과량 함유하고 약제학적 담체로 조성된 약제조성물.
    위의 일반식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 저급알킬이고, 환 A는 치환 또는 비치환 페닐이고, X는 -OCO-, -O- 또는 -S-이고, m 및 n은 0 또는 1의 정수이고, p 및 q는 0,1 또는 2의 정수이다.
