Claims (8)

  1. 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 1개의 다른 금속산화물을 가진 산화지르콘 혼합물의 제조방법. a) i)적어도 약 5.0의 몰농도를 가진 수산화암모늄 수용액과 ii)임의로 수혼화 용기용매로 구성된 제1용액을 제공하는 단계와; b) 탄화된 가수산화지르콘과 적어도 1개의 다른 금속염으로 구성된 제2산성수용액을 제공하는 단계와; c) 수산화물 형태로 모든 지르코늄과 다른 금속을 침전시키기 위해 상기 제1용액에 상기 제2용액을 첨가하는 단계와; d) 상기 침전된 물질을 회수하는 단계 및; e) 상기 물질을 하고사는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회수단계는 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법. 1) 상기 침전된 물질을 여과하는 단계와; 2) 상기 여과된 물질을 세척하는 단계와; 3) 상기 물질을 유기용매에 분산시켜 물이 상기 유기용매와 함께 낮은 비등점의 공기물질을 형성하는 단계 및; 4) 상기 물질을 건조 분말 형태로 만들기 위해 증류에 의해서 상기 유기용매와 남아있는 흡수된 물을 상기 분산제로부터 제거하는 단계.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다른 금속염은 이트리움, 마그네슘 또는 칼슘염인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공비형태의 유기용매는 이소프로파놀, 에타놀 또는 2-부타놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용액은 적어도 약 6.0의 몰농도를 가졌으며, 상기 금속염은 질산염, 염산염, 탄산염, 아세트산염이며, 상기 제2용액은 염산 또는 질산으로 산처리 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회수단계는 상기 침전된 물질을 분말로 만드는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속염은 이트리움 카보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 산화지르콘 혼합물에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 산화지르콘 중량에 의거하여 0.01중량% 이하의 산화나트륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르콘 혼합물.
