Claims (16)
- 호기성 조건하에서 동화가능한 탄소원과 동화가능한 질소원을 함유하는 수성 영양 배지를 균주 스트렙토마이세스 알기넨시스 NRRL 15491 및 그 변종으로 발효시키는 것으로 구성된 항생제 10381b의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,발효를 약 15-50℃의 온도와 약 6.0-9.0의 pH에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,온도가 약 20-35℃이고 pH가 약 7.2인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,온도가 약 24-32℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,영양배지가 탄소원 2-3중량%와 질소원 2-3중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,발효가 약 2-10일에 완료되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,항생제 1038b를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,균주가 스트렙토마이세스 알기넨시스 NRRL 15941인 방법.
- 성장을 촉진시키기에 유효한 양의 항생제 1038b를 동물에게 투여하는 것으로 구성된 비육 동물의 성장을 촉진시키는 방법.
