제1도는 CrOn:SnO2의 중량비가 30:70이 되도록 산화크롬(VI)과 함께 함침된 과립상 산화주석(IV)을 포함하는 본 발명에 따른 촉매 조성물의 일산화탄소 전환과 통상의 백금-알루미나 촉매를 사용하여 수득한 일산화탄소 전환을 비교한 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 산화주석(IV)(SnO2)을 산화크롬(VI)(CrO3)과 함께 함침시키고, 이 함침된 생성물을 하소시켜 수득된 생성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 배기 가스 및 다르 폐기 가스 중의 일산화탄소 및 연소 안된 탄화수소의 촉매 산화에 유효한 크롬-함유 산화 주석 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석: 크롬 중량비(SnO2:CrO3로서 게산한것)가 1: 99 내지 99:1의 범위인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비가 2:3 내지 9:1의 범위인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비가 3:2 내지 3:1의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1,2,3 또는 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물을 산화주석(IV)을 수성 크롬산으로 처리하고, 처리된 산화 주석(IV)을 하소전에 건조시켜 수득하는 조성물.
- 제1,2,3 또는 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물을 수성 산화 주석(IV)졸을 수성 크롬산으로 처리하고 처리된 졸을 하소전에 건조시켜 수득하는 조성물.
- 제1,2,3,4,5 또는 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물을 표면적인 큰 촉매 지지체 상에 분산시키는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 알루미나이거나 또는 알루미나를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 모노리드식 세라믹 또는 베이스 금속상에 피복된 알루미나를 포함하는 조성물.
- 촉매 조성물이 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항의 하소된크롬-함유 산화주석 촉매 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 중의 일산화탄소 및 연소 안된 탄화수소의 촉매 산화에 유효한 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 자동차 배기 시스템용 촉매 전환기.
- 일산화탄소 및/또는 가스상 탄화수소의 촉매 산화, 및/또는 산화질소의 촉매 환원을 일으키기에 유효한 촉매 조성물과 함께 하나이상의 일산화탄소, 가스상 탄화수소 및/또는 산화질소를 함유하는 가스상 매질을 승온에서 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 상기 가스상 매질 중의 일산화탄소의 촉매 산화, 및/또는 가스상 탄화수소의 촉매 산화, 및/또는 산화질소의 촉매 환원 방법에 있어서, 사용된 촉매 조성물이 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항의 하소된 크롬-함유 산화주석 촉매 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가스를 1100℃이하의 온도에서 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제8 또는 9항에 있어서, 가스가 자동차 배기 가스인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
