Claims (10)

  1. 입자화된 재료를 가열하고 녹이기 위한 수단(17)과 오리피스(9)에서 끝나는 용기(1)속으로 용융된 재료를 공급하여 냉각통(12)의 입구에서 방울형태로 재료를 분사방출하여 통속에서 방울이 알갱이 형태로 응고하도록 만드는 수단(14)을 포함하는 입상화장치(granulating device)에 있어서, 전술한 용기가 그의 내부벽의 적어도 일부분에 용기된 나선형요소를 구비하여 용융금속이 나선형 흐름으로 흐르도록 만듦을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 나선형요소(5,6,7)가 일반적인 원통형을 가지고 전술한 용기(1)의 원통형부분내 빈틈없이 정확된 부재(4)에 형성된 요홈으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 부재(1)가 제거될 수 있고 교환될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 혹은 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 용기(1)가 30-90°정도의 각을 가지고 정점이 전술한 오리피스(9)인 내부원추(8)에서 끝남을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 원추(8)의 바닥부분이 냉각탑(12)의 상부에서 전술한 용기(1)의 오리피스(9)속으로 열려있고 상기 냉각탑속에 형성된 방울이 중력작용으로 낙하하고 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 분사방출 오리피스(9)의 직경이 1-5밀리미터의 범위내에 있고 길이가 0.5-5밀리미터 범위내에 있으며, 오홈의 피치가 10-50 밀리미터 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 요홈의 수와 가로단면적이 오리피스(9)의 단면적에 적어도 2.5배 배율에 일치하는 용융재료의 흐름을 위한 단면적인 합계를 갖고 상기 비율이 선호적으로 2.5-10의 비율이고 더욱 선호적으로 3-5임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, 용기의 공급되는 재료에 가하는 압력을 조절할 수 있게 하는 수단(18)을 포함하고, 이 압력이 선호적으로 1-3 바아의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제2항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 반응성 금속의 입자화를 위하여, 전술한 용기(1)와 전술한 부재(4)가 몰리브덴늄으로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 한 항에 따른 장치가 용융재료의 압력을 조절함에 의해 사용되어 예정된 칫수의 고체화된 입자를 얻도록 함을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 혹은 마그네슘같은 반응성 금속의 입자화 방법.
