제1도는 본 발명의 엔진자동시동 방법 및 장치의 한 실시예를 나타내는 전체 구성도,
제2도는 상기 실시예를 설명하기 위한 마이크로컴퓨터의 연산처리를 나타내는 플로우챠트,
제3도는 종래의 엔진자동시동 방법 및 장치를 나타내는 전체 구성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 키 스위치의 전원투입 조작후에 엔진시동 지령을 받았을 때 차량에 탑재된 각종 전기 액세서리에의 전원공급을 정지하여, 스타터의 전자스위치의 여자전류가 시간의 경과와 함께 점차로 증가하도록 통전을 개시하는 공정과, 상기 전자 스위치가 페로(Closed)할 때까지의 동안에 엔진의 시동에 지장이 일어나지 않는 각종 상태를 체크하는 공정과, 상기 체크가 양호한때는 상기 전자스위치의 여자전류 증가를 계속하여 상기 전자스위치를 폐쇄시켜 상기 스타터에 통전하여, 이 스타터의 통전에 의해 엔진의 시동완료를 판정했을 때는 상기 여자전류의 통전을 종료하는 공정과, 상기 체크에 의해 엔진의 시동에 지장이 있다고 판정했을 때는, 상기 체크기간을 포함하여 엔진의 시동완료를 판정할 때까지의 동안은 상기 여자전류의 통전을 중자하는 공정과, 상기 여자전류의 통전종료 또는 중지 후에 상기 각종 전기 액세서리에의 전원공급을 가능하게 하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 자동시동 방법.
  2. 스타터의 전자스위치에 여자전류를 통전하는 구동수단과, 차량에 탑재된 각종 전기 액세서리에 전원을 공급 또는 정지하는 릴레이장치와, 엔지의 시동에 지장이 일어나지 않는 각종 상태를 검출하는 검출수단과, 엔진의 작동상태를 검출하는 동장센서와, 키 스위치의 전원투입 조작후에 엔진 시동지령을 받았을 때 상기 릴레이장치를 동작시켜 각종 전기 액세서리에의 전원공급을 정지하여 상기 여자전류가 시간의 경과와 함께 증가하도록 상기 구동수단을 동작시키고, 그후 상기 전자스위치가 페로될 때까지의 동안에 상기 검출수단으로부터의 신호를 체크하여, 그 체크가 양호한 때 상기 여자전류의 증가를 계속하여 상기 전자스위치를 페로시킴과 동시에 상기 동작센서로부터의 작동신호에 따라 엔진의 시동완료를 판정한 때에 상기 구동수단의 동작을 종료시키고, 또한 상기 체크에 의해 엔진의 시동에 지장이 있을때는 상기 체크기간을 포함하여 엔진의 시동완료를 판정할 때까지의 동안은 상기 구동수단의 동작을 중지하고, 상기 구동수단의 동작종료 또는 중지후에 상기 릴레이장치에 의해 상기 각종 전기 액세서리에의 전원공급을 가능하게 하도록 하는 제어수단과, 상기 전자스위치의 페로에 의해 엔진을 시동부세하는 스타터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진자동시동 장치.
