Claims (25)

  1. 금속 기판; 및 금속 기판상에 처리된 폴리에폭사이드 수지 및 디엔-함유 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로, 관능기로-말단된 디엔-함유 중합체 약 5-35 중량% 및 폴리에폭사이드 수지로부터 유도된 탄성공증합체-개질에폭시(관능기는 에폭시와 반응성이 있으며, 카르복실, 페놀, 히드록실, 에폭시, 아미노 및 멀캅탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다) 및 적어도 2.0의 카르복실 관능가를 가지며, 카르복실-관능성 폴리에스테르 수지, 카르복실-관능성 아크릴 중합체, 다카르복실산, 폴리카르복실산 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 가르복실 관능성 물질의 상호 반응된 혼합물을 포함하는 피복층, 및 탄성 공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층과 다른 조성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 부가적인 피복층을 포함하는, 칩 저항성 복합 피복물을 갖는 피복물품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 복합 피복물이 금속 기판상에 처리된 전착 하도층 및 하도층상의 탄성 공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층을 포함하는 피복 물품.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 복합 피복물이 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층상에 적어도 상도가 포함되어 있는 피복물품.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 복합 피복물이 금속 기판상에 처리된 탄성 공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유피복층 및 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복층 상의 적어도 하나의 상도층을 포함하는 피복물품.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 관능기로-말단된 디엔-함유 중합체가 B가 C4-C10디엔, C4-C10디엔 및 비닐방향족 단량체, C4-C10디엔 및 비닐 니트릴, C4-C10디엔, 비닐 니트릴 및 일반식 CH2=CR-COOR1(여기에서 R은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 라디칼이고, R1은 수소 또는 C1-C10알킬 라디칼이다)의 아크릴레이트, 또는 C4-C10디엔, 비닐 니트릴 및 비닐 방향족 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질로부터 중합된 골격이고 X가 카르복실, 페놀, 에폭시, 히드록실, 아미노 또는 멀캅틴으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 관능기를 나타내는, 일반식 X-B-X를 갖는 피복물품.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 디엔-함유 중합체의 디엔이 부타디엔인 피복물품.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 관능기로-말단된 디엔-함유 중합체가 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프로렌, 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 부타디엔-스티렌 중합체, 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴-아크릴 산 공중합체, 또는 부타디엔-스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 피복물품.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 관능기가 카르복실인 피복물품.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 카르복실-말단디엔-함유중합체가 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 중합체인 피복물품.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, 카로복실-관능성 물질이 2.0-약 6.0의 카르복실-관능기를 갖는 피복물품.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시대 카르복실-관능성 물질의 당량비가 에폭시대 카르복실 당량을 기준으로 약 0.5 : 1-약 1.5 : 1인 피복물품.
  12. 제 7 항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드수지가 글리콜의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 폴리글리콜의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 및 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 피복물품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질에폭시가 카르복실-말단 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 약 10-30 중량% 및 폴리에폭사이드수지 약 70-90 중량%의 반응생성물을 포함하는 피복물품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드가 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르이고 카르복실-관능성 물질이 카르복실-관능성 폴리에스테르수지인 피복물품.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층이 약 2-15mils 두께인 피복물품.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 기판이 스틸 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 피복물품.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 기판이 인화된 스틸인 피복물품.
  18. 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복물과 다른 조성물 갖는 적어도 하나의 부가적인 피복층과 조합되어 (a)폴리에폭사이드수지 및 디엔-함유 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 관능기로-말단된 디엔-함유 중합체 약 5-약 35 중량% 및 폴리에폭사이드수지로부터 유도된 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시(관능기는 에폭시와 반응성이 있으며, 카르복실, 페놀, 히드록실, 에폭시, 아미노 및 멀캅탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.) 및 (b)적어도 2.0의 카르복실-관능가를 가지며, 카르복실-관능성 폴리에스테르 수지, 카르복실-관능성 아클리 중합체, 디카르복실산, 폴리카르복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 카르복실-관능성 물질의 상호반응성 열경화성 혼합물을 포함하는 피복층을 이용하는 것(피복층의 조합은 금속 기판위에 처리됨)을 포함하는, 적어도 두개의 다른 피복층을 그위에 갖는 피복된 금속 기판에 칩 저항성을 제공하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복층을 미립분말 피복조성물로서 적용시키는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 탄성 공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복층을 금속 기판위에 전착된 하도를 갖는 금속기판상에 적용시키는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복층위에 상도층을 적용시키는것을 포함하는 방법.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시함유 피복물을 금속 기판상에 적용시키고 상도 층을 탄성 공중합체-개질 에폭시 피복물상에 적용시키는 방법.
  23. 제19항에 있어서, 복합 피복물이 금속 기판상에 처리된 전착 하도층 및 하도층위에 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층을 포함하는 방법.
  24. 제19항에 있어서, 복합 피복물이 금속 기판상에 처리된 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유피복층 및 탄성공중합체-개질 에폭시 함유 피복층상에 적어도 하나의 상도층을 포함하는 방법.
  25. 제19항에 있어서, 관능기로-말단된 디엔-함유 중합체가 카르복실-관능성 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 중합체인 방법.
