제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 구성되고 파선으로 도시된 도관의 단부들 사이에 장착되어 그의 디스크가 닫혀있는 상태를 보여주는 밸브의 수직 단면도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 점선 2-2를 따라 보인 밸브의 단면도, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 점선 3-3을 따라 보이고 확대하여 보인 밸브의 수평 가로-단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 배관의 단부 사이에 배열될 수 있는 양단부를 가진 환상의 허브와, 허브의 일측으로부터 연장하고 외측단부가 확개된 관통구멍을 가진 목부분(neck)를 포함하는 몸체와, 허브의 내측상의 위 내측벽을 가지는 탄성재료의 씨이트와, 상기 씨이트를 완벽히 정합하기 위한 외부주변을 가지는 디스크와, 씨이트를 통하여 또 허브내의 구멍속으로 밀접하게 정합하는 내측단부를 가지는 스템과, 목부분을 통한 구멍과 씨이트를 통하여 밀접하게 정합하는 외측단부와, 디스크를 통하여 연장하고 디스크의 비-원형부품내에 밀접 정합하는 비-원형부품을 포함하여, 디스크가 스템의 전술한 외측단부에 연결된 작동장치에 의해 열린 위치와 닫힌 위치사이를 스템과 함께 회전되도록 하는 양단부 중간부분을 포함하고, 전술한 스템은 허브, 씨이트 디스크내의 밀접-정합 위치로 또 이 위치로부터 축방향으로 움직일 수 있고, 전술한 위치에 스템을 보지하는 수단을 구멍의 외측단부 주위의 요홈과, 스템주위의 요홈을 포함하며, 구멍의 외측단부내에 밀접하게 정합한 외측변부와 스템 주위의 요홈내에 느슨하게 배열된 내측변부를 가진 제 1 스플리트 링(split ring)과, 제 1 스플리트 링의 외측부분을 정합하고 구멍의 외측단부 주위의 요홈에 느슨하게 배열된 제 2 스플리트 링을 포함하며, 전술한 제 2 링는 그의 원주주위의 한 위치에서 퍼져 구멍의 요홈의 안밖으로 탄지되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 구멍의 외부확개된 단부내의 스템주위에 그들 사이의 밀봉 정합을 위한 씨일링을 포함하는 버터플라이 밸브.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 스템이 내측단부는 직립위치에 있을 때 스템의 무게를 지지하도록 구멍내에 어깨턱을 정합함을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 스템의 단부가 이들이 관통 장설되는 씨이트내의 구멍의 내경보다 약간 큰 외경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브.
